games at home.

It's ok though guys, cos Arseholio will go on another outstanding second half of the season Virtual Win Streak where he'll win the "half season" PL trophy. Then next summer, everyone will claim that "we have improved" through virtue of having signed a new Mascot (but no outfield players)
 Oh fucking blah blah blah.

Which is, I believe 1 more than the nation's darling, Wayne Rooney, in over 800 minutes? Love the way your pitiful "insight" has changed from "Giroud hasn't scored in over 534 mins" to "Giroud hasn't scored in over 534 mins in the PL (cuz I didn't want to mention the FA Cup goal cuz that fucked my rant)" to now it's "Giroud has just 1 PL goal in over 740 minutes".

But what does that prove? He is in a drought. If you had ANY understanding of the game you'd know strikers have good form and bad form. All of them go through goal droughts at some point. Wrighty had droughts, as did Smudge and Henry. Giroud is not being helped by the utter shit that is being served to him from our midfield either. Someone above mentioned it and they are bang right; your hero Karim Giroudzema would do no better in this fucked up system and with the utter gash our midfield is providing. Giroud certainly is not good enough to be the first choice lone striker at a club that wants to win the title, we fucking get it, and the majority on here have said that, but there are not many in world football that could play that role and lead a team to the PL and fewer still that could do it with shit service.

I have to be honest, I'm so fucking bored reading the same shite out of you day after day. You tried to imply on here before that you write for a living? My fucking hairy hole you do, unless it's at a minor tabloid, such is the one dimensional level of the shite you post. Fuck off and post something informed or at least non-repetitive will you?

Now, for the rest of us; I thought Ramsey was very poor again. But he was one of many. I hope that I never see Calamity Chambers in an Arsenal jersey ever again as long as I live. Whatever inkling of talent was there is long gone. He was worse tonight than Cygan and the Horse at their worst. Fucking appalling. :|

To all the idiots (hi again Itchybabaspurs! ) that thought Cech was now suddenly total shit after one game ( ) please re-watch the 2 world class saves he pulled off tonight to earn us a point.

Wow it's all gone quiet

In my humble opinion Ramsey can not be trusted to hold the central midfield, lacks the discipline and he likes to imagine he is the Pele of The Valleys, fancy flicks and back heels that invariably give possesion away.
its a specialist position, watch Matic, he has an invisible borderline he never crosses.

McD, why? Why do you (and others) give a flying fcuk about whether he turns up or not. He might be on holiday or at work or having a *****. You might die of boredom waiting.

He's not a holding midfielder though is he? Nonsense comparison to Matic.

Taking a positive we didn't concede against a strong Liverpool attacking line up with rarely played CB's. The way we responded in 2nd half was important as a couple of seasons ago we would have folded and lost. Had Ramsey's goal stood different game.

Valid points. The only thing I'd say though is that only Coutinho really posed a threat. Benteke was gash mostly. The save from him at 5 yards was great from Cech, don't get me wrong, but a real predatory striker wouldn't be trying to place it from 5 yards, he'd be lacing it so hard that even if the keeper got a good touch the velocity would carry it in. But I agree 100% that a couple years ago we would have folded - and probably lost 2 or 3 nil in the 2nd half.

But then I'd also say that in fairness we couldn't have performed worse than we had in the first half even if we'd tried to!

Still, to my mind, not so much a point gained (which I honestly would have taken 30 mins into that 1st half) but 2 points dropped against a very average Mouser side. :|

Thought they offered nothing except Coutinho. I think he's brilliant - I reckon he's going to have a real breakthrough season with goalscoring, like Fabregas in 2007/08 or Ramsey in 2013/14. The rest of them are shite, Benteke will terrorise the odd defence and can be awkward to play against but he is a lumbering oaf the rest of the time.

Think we would have gone onto win comfortably if Ramsey's goal had counted (not obviously that that excuses the shower of shite afterwards).

We need to get over the "disallowed goal" both Ramsey and the Liverpool defense knew he had been flagged offside b4 he put it in , talk of it should have stood are wrong !

He's not a holding midfielder though is he? Nonsense comparison to Matic.
Some would argue he is better suited playing centre midfield, rather than right wing, where Ox is a better option.
But, if he does play central his job will be holding/offensive dependant on if we have the ball, like the role Fabregas plays.
The problem actually stems from the central defence, a more solid, quicker centre back than Mert and we can relax a little more in protecting them.
Currently, and for many seasons, we have needed 2 holding, it means we then need 5 in midfield and can only play 1 striker.
