Gio Van Bronkhorst

Gio Van Bronkhorst

Post by Henry Norris 1913 »

now, I don't know whether anyone will be insterested in this thread seeing as it doesn't involve wenger ( ) but former Arsenal fella GVB took over at feyenoooord(sp?) this season. Seeing as we seem to have a fetish for linking former players to taking over from W****r, I don't see anyone linking him with us. do you think there could be the slimmest of chances...maybe? :rubchin:

he'd be better than wenger :barscarf:

bollocks what have i done :banghead: :banghead:

I've never forgiven the ref who sent Gio off v Liverpool at Anfield for diving, but failed to send of their goalie when he brought one of our players down and gave a pen. :banghead:

As for manager material, let's see how he gets on, he might not want to come to us anyway.

Is he Wenger? No

Then yes I'd like him to be our manager :barscarf:

I always liked him as a player and thought that he could have done well if it wasn't for the injuries he suffered. Regardless of how well he's doing at Feyenoord or how much experience he has, I would have him over Wanker any day.

Let it go and forgive mate.

That games was awesome. Down to 10 men and still beat Liverpool at Anfield :barscarf:

Agreed. Excluding cup finals definitely in top 3 matches I've been to. Fucking wonderful.

Seeing Pires skinning Stevie G and then Ljungberg tucking it in at the front post and jumping into the fans still gives me shivers. Was right down the front that day.

One of few Indonesian heritage players to make it in top flight football.

Simon Tahamata another example.

ginger wanker paul durkin i think, paul scholes old man. and he looked so pleased doing it. think andy gray slaughtered him on sky commentary for such a crap decision and his triumphant flourishing of the card.
