Angrier everytime I see it. Mike Dean is a disgrace. Even Garth Crooks called him out. Top Top Cnutish performance. Hate Chelsea.

Re: Chavs season re-launch
Wont make no difference Walcott is not a striker. It was criminal how many times he got caught offside when his one strength is his paceQuartzGooner wrote:Same old same old.
If we play Walcott up front might we try 4-4-1-1 to get more out of him, he gets too isolated?
Mourinho is no fool Ivanovic has been slaughtered this season but Mouriho knew we didnt have any width so picked him and that Walcott would be in the middle so dropped the no pace Terry.Did Wenger actually watch Chelsea's last two league games? You get at Chelsea by attacking Ivanovic

Re: Chavs season re-launch
Yep and the worst bit is that Dean will probably get suspended for another game and Costa might get a ban for another game. Neither of which will in any way affect us. Costa will now probably get sent off against Manure for doing half of what he did yesterday.storrmin571 wrote:Angrier everytime I see it. Mike Dean is a disgrace. Even Garth Crooks called him out. On another note, Mourinho is a massive prick and does anyone actually care what he says any more? He's a disrespectful, toxic *word censored* who insults nearly everyone else in the game. It's about time the FA came after him and told him to fucking shut up.
Re: Chavs season re-launch
How the fucking hell can the club still have that picture of him on Ken Friar bridge? I was amazed when I was at the Stoke game that it is still there - unbelievably out of touch. Why not put one of RVP and Ade up there for good measure. The club is so out of touch with its fan base its unrealBradywasking wrote:Just watching MOTD after a few pints, tell you what Cesc Fabregas is a c**t , nice guy no longer, poisoned by that poisonous scumbag club

Have to say think Kosceilny is culpable here, forget about Costa he's an animal
Why did he not go to ground when hit in the face, not once but twice???
Whats he trying to prove FFS, Costa would have gone, Gabriel would not have been involved, Costa would not have gone on to be Man of the match, Mourinho would not have been gloating, all because he did not go down
Totally UNPROFESSIONAL, we should have been playing against 10 men
What a noble act, do MOTD even mention it NO....WISE UP everyone else has years ago
Also felt sorry for Gabriel showed the right spirit protecting a team mate, even though strangely no one helped him out
He is surely to learn from this experience, but overall something is lacking in the team mentality a sense of togetherness
on a footnote really believe there is little between both teams

Re: Chavs season re-launch
I found that absolutely galling I must admit. If you look at when our teams in the past have been involved in aggro, we've always had 6 or 7 players with some balls fronting it up with the opposition. Pretty hard for a ref to send off 7 players from one team, yet the others made it fucking easy for him to single out Gabriel by idly standing by. GG's teams often got involved in mass rucks (Norwich and Man U spring to mind) and the team had a real siege mentality about it - have a go at one of us, and you have a go at all of us. Points deduction? Shove it right up your arse - we even had a song about sticking your fucking 2 points up your arseRedarmy wrote:Have to say think Kosceilny is culpable here, forget about Costa he's an animal

Gabriel must wonder why he bothered, watching nice guy Nacho and co. shaking hands and having little hugs at the end. This is the Arsenal FFS, not some Under-11s team where we all shout Three Cheers and Hip Hip Hooray at the end

Costa isn't so much an animal but more a coward - pundits keep referring to him as a 'hard man' and a 'right handful' - But he reminds me of those cowardly ceeunts in school who would have a dig then hide behind the teacher instead of manning up. I don't have a problem with anyone who wants to 'play rough and mix it' we've all played against players like that in the Sat/Sunday leagues - what is repulsive is he 'Hides' when it's time to Man Up.
I think Kos is one of those 'honest' players who assumes the ref/officials will deal with any rule breaking, so yes both he and Gabriel will - or at least i hope - learn from this.
Besides the un-deniable fact that we are lacking (as in short of a Striker of decent quality - Theo tries his best but is not a striker - Giroud is avergae and inconsistent - a Mid-Field protector (Coq now out injured - as we all predicted ) we lack a "Leader" - someone who will grab his players by the scruff of the neck AND the game and take it to the opposition.
As for no one standing up for Gabriel - it doesn't surprise me - With wenger's nicely, nicely approach to the game they do not have that (and I hate to use these terms) The mental Strength and Spirit that have always been innate to Arsenal Teams - up till the end of The Invincibles era.
Costa is a Coward just like his manager ...anyone remember this little cowardly incident when maureen poked the Barca coach in the eye and does one...

Chelsea = Classless (well we all know that)
Costa = Coward
maureen = Coward
Dein =an authoritarian who never was much good as a ref and definitely needs to retire.
Wenger = Pplayed a HUGE part in yesterday's defeat, not only because he failed to address our defincies in the Striker/Mid-field Holder positions - when he had the money and there were players available, but also his 'philosophical'

On a final note I recently watched something on YouTube where Theo, the Ox and Gabriel were learning how to bowl in cricket and Gabriel could speak hardly any English...this must also have played a part in yesterday's fiasco.
WENGER OUT.

Re: Chavs season re-launch
Diego Costa is a cheating *word censored* who acts like a lunatic and gets away with it because referees and the FA are scared of Mourinho. Yesterday was nothing new. Just highlights it. It's not passion overflowing, it's not a natural part of an aggressive game, it's being a cheating dirty twat. And the sheep on TV who bleat on about how it's what makes him so dangerous - no it isn't. When he loses his head he is ineffective, just like yesterday. We should have been winding him up (City did it to great effect a few weeks ago) but to be honest I don't know what he could possibly have done to get himself sent off. Likewise Ivanovic had to make three bookable fouls before making his way into the book.
That said we are fucking naive beyond belief. As said before Koscielny should be hitting the deck there and I can fathom why we are not surrounding the ref coming off at half time like tbhr other 19 teams in the league would have. These sorts of things affect referees so why we play by different rules to everyone else I don't know.
Before the red we didn't look like scoring at all and we were increasingly sitting back and playing worse and worse throughout the half. Zouma's goal was fuck all to do with having 10 men and entirely to do with us not bothering to mark players - who leaves a CB standing in acres of space from a set piece? Wasn't even a great run to get away from a man, just didn't bother marking him.
We can rightly feel aggrieved about the referee but again the outcome is so utterly predictable. Only positive being that I had 20 quid on 2-0.

Re: Chavs season re-launch
He should but he won't everyone is scared of him, he is the new Fergie. He insulted Martinez last week because he is a sore loser, but nothing was said. I do hear some commentators criticising him, but the media loves him for his controversy.Perryashburtongroves wrote:Yep and the worst bit is that Dean will probably get suspended for another game and Costa might get a ban for another game. Why was Gabriel up on the half way line when he was sent off? He should have gone back to his defensive position. He'd already been booked, but he carried on walking with Costa. I wonder if he was trying to wind him up to get him sent off and it backfired horribly.

Re: Chavs season re-launch
If we remove Costagate from the discussions does anybody really think we would have won the game?
For the first 40 minutes it had the all too familiar look. Them appearing to be more up for it than us and when we had possession not looking dangerous. I actually want to stick up for Walcott a bit. He was looking to get in a lot of the time, trying to bend his runs and yes he got caught offside a few times but he was trying to make himself the out ball.
My patience with Ozil has just about gone. He's got to affect games like this in the way Dennis used to. To get anything out of Walcott yesterday you needed the classic No 10 pass through. As it stands at the moment he should be on the bench.
Apart from the odd win at City and Utd last year we just never look like we have the belief in the big games and that's down to one man.
Oh and Mourinho 'controlled emotions' in derbys? Like poking a Barca official in the eye you crunt.
I hate that lot more than The Spuds and I never thought I'd live to see the day I said that.
Onwards and upwards.....

Re: Chavs season re-launch
Tell that to the brainless idiots who treated him like he was some great servant of the club when he came back with that scummy club last season. Since before the time he left us his actions have been disgraceful, from going on strike to get a move to acting like a diving cheating *word censored* on the pitch. What I wouldn't give to have PV4 on the field for 30 seconds yesterday to go through him like the little prick deserves.Bradywasking wrote:Just watching MOTD after a few pints, tell you what Cesc Fabregas is a c**t , nice guy no longer, poisoned by that poisonous scumbag club
Re: Chavs season re-launch
According to the knobheads on BT yesterday, he was playing against the club "he still very much loves". Yeah right, slimy little fuckwit. I hope to god someone rips that fucking banner of him down from the Ken Friar bridge - can't believe it hasn't been done yet actuallyBFG4 wrote:Tell that to the brainless idiots who treated him like he was some great servant of the club when he came back with that scummy club last season. WENGER OUT.
Agree with all of the above, at the end of the day a lot of this rests at Wengers door, failure to strengthen the squad could prove costly, with Coquelin looking like he has picked up a knock
Also noted about Gabriel in that he cannot understand a word the ref is saying
