apologies that the forum has been a bit slow this afternoon. believe it or not the server was struggling to cope with all the man utd fans viewing this thread - including thousands who simply viewed it without registering. and i don't think this is the end of it. the story will be highly visible on the newsnow man utd page until lunchtime friday due to the number of hits received already. so eyes peeled for enemy fire gooner gunners.

As for all this open letter rubbish, blimey! How hard is it to work out that if they are deeply upset by it (incidently what were they doing reading our forum in the first place!? - clearly for the articulate discussions

) then why don't they right a F-ing "open reply" on their own forum!!! That way they can share how clever they are with all the ex scousers they like!

Well done for fighting the corner lads, with any luck they'll come back to spout some more crap! Why don't we start charging to join the forum for the next week as they all seem quite willing to piss money away!

first of all im a man u fan.born and bread. came across this web by pure chance.
have just read a handful of comments and find pretty amusing to say the least.
not onlt do we have the biggest fan base in the country but also the largest travels fans home and away.
u southern shandy drinkers arm chair surporters dont surport ur team away from home just like chelski. just because all r fans dont come from manchester at least they go and watch them at there ground.
u carnt even fill urs.ha ha ha.
there is a small few of u who know ur stuff on here but an awful lot of think cu@%ts who if they new there football and liked good football which both man u and arsenal produce then they wouldnt be talking the bollocks that i have just been reading.
