At our last committee meeting AISA agreed to support the Football Supporters Federation’s weekend of fan-led action on ticket prices – in support of the “Twenty’s Plenty” campaign. Fans from all 20 Premier League clubs will be taking part in joint photo opportunities this weekend, demonstrating that supporters from all clubs agree on an issue that affects us all.
REDaction are leading the activities on behalf of Arsenal supporters and are planning a photo opportunity (with Manchester United fans) at the roundabout near the Armoury.

Taking selfies with united fans, the equivalent of Nero fiddling while Rome burned :barscarf:

Who are these red action wankers??

what mandate have they got to represent Arsenal fans FFS
Uh-oh... The Cook is on his way...
Cooks batphone must have been ringing :moderator: where was he?

And then they will all troop into the stadium, having paid a Grade A fortune to sit in silent adoration whilst numerous multi millionaires go through the motions.

Take that Kroenke!!!! :box:

I'm beginning to believe that Wenger believes that we can win the league if we're out of Europe. He's treating the CL as a cup competition and is playing Ospina and the cup team defence. Looking back when we're out of Europe we finish strongly and if we are still in with a shout if the league and still in Europe we capitulate in all competitions. Might seem unacceptable at the moment but the league title is up for grabs this season city or chelski ain't gonna run away with it, nor are Utd. Its a 4 horse race and if the other clubs are still involved in Europe we will definitely have the advantage. City and chelski are focussed on winning CL, we apparently are not.

As Blood_Gooner said it's probably some bullshit Wenger may very well end up spinning if our form in the league does pick up over the rest season (which it will) and there's some semblance of a title challenge. Can't say I would disagree with that type of thinking though. I've come to hate the "Champions" League so would be in favour of going out of a competition we have no chance of winning to concentrate solely on winning the league (however unlikely with Wenger in charge).

Interesting theory, but I'd tend to disagree for the following reasons:

a) There's a very real chance that we will end up in the Europa League, so it's possible we'll still be playing the same amount of European games.

b) Throwing the CL would actually be to AW's detriment, as our poor performance could lead England to losing the four CL spots.

c) The team AW fielded on Tuesday night - even if it were designed to be a losing team, as you suggest - would probably still beat the Greeks more often than not. So it's hardly a foolproof plan.

Basically the interviewer asked whether Wenger is accountable to the fans after picking ospina over cech, wenger said no he isn't.

The interviewer then said is that a healthy position to be in and then said if you are not accountable does that not make moaninho right, thats when the shit hit the fan

Edit. Something along those lines

on Anthony Martial Wenger said:

"United offered special money. It comes from their own resources"

I mean wtf? what about the £228 million we have supposedly got? maybe it is not special enough though

it looks like Wenger is really starting to lose the plot big time.
I reckon he could completely flip if we lose to United because the press will really go for him then.
