Brendan "it's down to the group" Rodgers on the brink of sacking if the Victims lose at Goodison today. always felt he was a spoofer boxing well above his weight. He got lucky by having Suarez in a poor league. Nearly won it but happily didn't.
Last Christmas some plastic Victim supporting in-laws started talking about their club. I suggested that Rodgers wasn't big enough to manage a top club, they all rounded on me to a man and indeed one woman. Wonder what they think now, not that it will matter to them as Oierland play rugby today so their short attention span will be occupied else where.
