One thing that does seem apparent to me is that he doesn't have the same universal support from the players that he used to - he has dropped matic then brought him on and then subbed him all in the one game, last weekend he dropped cesc, ivanovic hasn't been at the races at all this year, and he has been publicly critical of hazard on a couple of occasions this season.
