FC BAYERN AWAY

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Massive lol - just got in from a night visiting colleges and sixth forms with my eldest lad. Hilarious.....and see Olympiakos won too, leaving it perfectly poised for them to play out a 0-0 draw and finally finally finally knock us out of the Group stages and lest hope and pray we qualify for the Thursday night cup and watch "brand Kroenke" disappear down the lav !

Enjoy all those Sunday matches in 2016 !

The main problem with going out at the group stage is that it gives AW the perfect opportunity to claim there is no need to strengthen in January

The reason why Debuchy was able to get a tackle in was because robben hesitated when he went past Cech as he thought he might have had the chance to dive.
So you reckon that was the reason really? He is more interested in diving than scoring?
 Not like that, no. It's just his instinct is always to go down if there is contact and if there had been the remotest contact with Cech he would have flopped down - after all a pen and a red card is generally far better than possibly not getting on the end of the touch and ending up with nothing. It seemed to me that Robben stuttered for a fraction of a second as he thought Cech would foul him.

2006 "We are moving to compete with Europe's elite clubs"

2015 - absolutely rinsed by one of them yet again.

Still......someone on here dared to suggest it was a 10 year plan, so we're on the verge of trouncing all-comers I'm sure

Well done Olympiakos - a few million less for the old wig wearing bastard's coffers. Hopefully a couple more seasons of falling further down Europe's pecking order behind the likes of Zagreb will see the loathsome wanker finally sell up and fuck off

It was always going to take time for all those new signings to gel on the big European stage. Give it time lads, its only 10 years since our last and only CL final. Judge him in May 2025 when the cunning 20 year stadium move plan will bear fruit
