Buy low window. Would gladly have him back in the squad despite Chelsea's fall from grace.

Ramsey is likely to pick up another injury and cesc will be a better replacement than arteta

Turned the game in the chavs favour when he came on last night, and his pass through for costa was top drawer 8)
I'm a cesc fan so maybe I am seeing what I want to see, but he never appears to be anywhere near as happy playing for them even when they were winning the league last season - I remember when he scored the goal against the scum from their kick off (after our previous goal) at the grove, and he (and us) went absolutely mental 8)

Yeah always seemed that it genuinely meant a lot to Fabregas - that massive celebration after that class goal against the Scum and absolutely nobbling Cashley in our 1-0 win against them in our place in December 2007 being highlights.

Which is why I gave him slack when he joined Chelsea, especially after we turned him down.

But he has become every bit the whinging, nasty, backstabbing, generally unpalatable prick in his time there. I'll always be grateful for the fact that he was a wonderful player who was a joy to watch and frankly carried our side for a few years, but that ship has sailed now for me.

He's a traitor (worse than RvP, IMO). He made his choice.

He went on strike and was desperate to leave us to have just three years at Barca until they spat him out into the Chavs lap.

Get that banner down!

We need a DM anyway.

Ye I've argued quite a few times that Fabregas is worse than RVP. RVP sat down with Wenger at the end of the 2011/2012 season and wanted to see who the club would be buying to challenge for the title, and when crackpot obviously hadn't anyone proper lined up, it made up RVP's mind for him. Fabregas on the other hand, went on strike to get a move, and decided to piss off to the Spanish grand prix rather than turn up to his last game with the club. I wont forget him trying his best to ensure Gabriel was sent off this season, he is a little prick, and belongs at a classless club like Chelsea.

and also he played under tito vilanova, who whilst suffering throat cancer mourinho gave him an eye gouge.so to go and play for some classless c==t like mourinho after that just shows fabregas for what he is.

Kills me to say it but I do agree that cesc's time with us is firmly in the past and I too would not re-sign him - HOWEVER, to class rvp as better than cesc is blasphemy imo  The man gave us several years of loyal service and never once complained - he may not have gone into le cock's office demanding new signings, but he had given the French c.unt enough transfer windows to remedy our faults and to show some ambition, but of course le cock refused to change his ways. Cesc played through loads of injuries (inc a broken leg) while his dutch colleague sat on a treatment bench for years
Cesc shouldn't have joined them chav c.unts and le cock should never have allowed him to join them, but he still deserves higher standing amongst Gooners than rvp

This is the problem, what do fans think RVP should have done after his conversation with Wenger, accepted the mediocrity around him, or considering his injury record taken a chance on signing for a team that could give him a league title? We on here all criticise Wenger for years of ineptitude in the transfer market, yet you expected a player who deep down knows this is a job, and has no real feeling for the club to hang around for no reason. It doesn't sit well with me that RVP ended up at man united, but again blame Wenger, who did everything bar driving him to Old Trafford to see him at united.

Bit of a convoluted arguement that- we pretty much know he wanted to come back to London, so it was really only us or The Chavs to sign for.
He is a football player, so what if his manager is a classless c**t, we know that as well, but then Cesc needs to earn money like the rest of us, he signed for Chelsea not for Mourinho.

Does that mean no player should ever sign for Chelsea cos Mourinho grabbed someone? Maybe no one should ever sign for us cos Giroud (aleegedly  ) played away at a hotel when he was married?

I actually felt a tiny bit sorry for him when they showed the Chelsea bench v Leicester on monday,I did originally vote No to buying him back on OG but to see,in my humble opinion,a great player and fairly decent servant to our club being treated like that by them c*nts it made me a little sad, maybe its because I'm getting old now.... :rubchin:

Absolutely BFG, RvP challenged The Old Fraud to improve the squad, change the coaching, use the considerable resources we had even at that time and he refused; says it all about the cheap wanker. Fabregas couldn't wait to fuck off.

He was always whiny and snide and became an arrogant prima-donna prick in his last season with us but has become even more of a twat now. He's a spoilt, petulant brat who was never as good as he thought he was and who treated us like shit for the last few months he was at the club. Fuck him, he deserves the Chavs and deserves to struggle near the relegation zone.
