I am really pleased to let you all know that Paul Smith has been awarded a OBE in the New Years Honours list! As you probably know, Paul is a Gooner who over the years has raised over £2million for charity despite his own disabilities, and some of you have generously sponsored him along the way as I have posted details of his challenges on this forum.
Paul is very humble and has accepted this honour on behalf of his wife and family and support crew who have been there throughout his challenges and difficult times.
And on top of that we are top of the league!!!

Personally don't believe in Royal honours but it is great he is recognised in some way for his amazing work. Well done Paul!
