As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Like those times we sat back so much that our inability to defend inevitably cropped us up and we conceded late on.
Fucking idiot substitutions as per.
Because we don't have enough players brave enough to put themselves on the line.
Loads of our team don't fancy a tackle. or in Arteta's case are too bloody slow to get close enough to tackle )
We all know that tactics 101 from Wenger is to flood the team with midfielders when trying to hold on to a lead, more often than not ending in calamity and disaster, especially away from home.
But wouldn't it be far better if he wants to go down the defensive route for the last 5 or 10 minutes of a game to bring on Gabriel or Chambers as a third CB to counteract the aerial bombardment? Once Benteke came on last night I knew we were in trouble, in fact I was full sure he'd be the one to get the equaliser.
As it turned out he set it up by winning the header from the ball floated into the box but if we'd have brought on Gabriel instead of Arteta and had him glued to Benteke for the last 5 mins preventing him from causing chaos from crosses maybe we'd have 3 points this morning.
Now obviously I have zero managerial experience which basically renders me a worthless piece of sh1t but maybe it's something worth discussing all the same.
