THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The cunnts couldn't even let us enjoy the 495 days until his present contract expired :censored: Going up to £9M per year for doing fuck all, I take it? :cussing:

I fully expect The Old Fraud to plague us for years to come, but it still hurts to see it happen. It'll make the inevitable bottling of the title so much more painful. Will this fucking purgatory never end? :banghead:

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, 66, is close to agreeing a new deal after overseeing a scouting overhaul. (Sun)

With strict instructions - "Do not waste my time with ANYBODY over 5m." Seriously Wenger is almost totally in charge at the Emirates. He gives Stan EXACTLY what Stan wants, therefore Stan rewards him total control.

Ì just hope that he signs nothing for the next 5 months cos WHEN, not if, he f.ucks up our best ever chance of winning this league, there will be no place for him to hide and even akb's will question his performance in these 2 transfer windows  Have to say that IF he signs a new contract then words will fail me - I just cannot see the logic of keeping the senile c.unt and I dont see why he would want to stay. For nine long years I have wanted this arrogant french cock out of our club and the prospect of having to wait another 3 years for that joyous day will be too much for me to bear

I refuse to give the evil spacebowl cannons Kroenke Wenger franchise any of my cash & have not attended a home match since 2009, just local pubs for home matches & the odd away game. :barscarf:

I would support & follow a FC Arsenal breakaway club, the criminals in charge at The Arsene FC 1996 need to be strung up on the highest local lamposts! :banghead: :banghead:

Totally agree with what you are saying, but do you really think these AKBs will ever question Wenger?

We all know he decides when he goes, and would not be surprised if he stays longer than the current 2 year extension being considered

The scariest bit in the reports are that its claimed Wenger is "preparing for the next decade" and that this season's "title challenge" has renewed his appetite
It's at this point that it should be noted that Ranieri has managed to get Leicester challenging for a title FFS, whilst West Ham could conceivably make the top 4 this season, that is how poor the level is. Just like 2 years ago, timing is everything: leak this new contract news while the team is top. Because come May, we all know they won't be - so time to condition the sheep now  Wenker is a power-hungry egotist **** who cares more about his power, personal wealth and vanity than anything else. Anyone claiming he has the club's best interests at heart can do one. It's being leaked that his next contract will see his salary go up to £10m basic. What a joke, the man against "dizzying wages" in football, fancy that eh? :rubchin:

Pep Guardiola is available. Wenger has had numerous opportunities. It's time to give someone else a turn. Surely. But like a power-crazed African dictator, the greedy fucker just won't let go. The CL annual failure, the same tactical incompetence, the same complete farce in the transfer market (which Kroenke no doubt loves him for), the same injury bollocks due to his caveman training methods, the same obsession with French shite etc. How are we supposed to endure more of this? How can someone who has failed so miserably, and been thrashed in big games year on year, be so bloody safe in their job?

Oh I forget...Kroenke loves his lack of ambition, and that £200m cash in the bank can be used as security against Stupid Stan's other sporting ventures. But remember...Arsene def cares about the fans and the club. And NOT Kroen-k****

Not surprised, especially after Nacho declaring signed a new contract was a lot to do with Wenger. Disappointed, lets hope its a smokescreen whilst they negotiate a contract with Guardiola.
