WTF are you on about?? Why do people still not get it?? Do you honestly think that Wenger has the same passionate hatred for the rags that we have?? If tots finish 3rd & we are 4th or rags finish 2nd & we are 3rd or 4th Wenger will go to Stan with a job done, I've delivered for you swagger. When will people get it. CL football, minimal outlay and who gives a flying fuck who finishes above us. Fourth, fourth, fourth, that is your mandate, third will be a bonus for those ungrateful, bitching arsehole fans but fourth is the target. And if you can pick up a domestic trophy along the way, well then fuck me.......FUCK Wenger, FUCK him, I have never been so pissed off in my life. How can he start that fucking snail in the first place????Rosie_titters wrote:2 points from 9. Say's all. Tottenham sitting in behind us. Is Wenger hanging around just waiting for Tottenham to finish above us then leave.

Re: Chavski home Sun 24th 4.00pm
Having calmed down a little, today was simply confirmation of what most of us have known for some time:
1. No matter how shit the Premier League is we are never able to take a dominant position and always blow up at the first hint of any expectation
2. We have a collection of players in the "when the going gets tough, the pussies get out" category. Mertesacker, Ramsey, Ozil and Walcott all guilty of this today and on numerous other occasions
3. The team never respond well when we go down to 10 men. It's almost an excuse to lay down and blame the outcome on the refereeing decisions - an attitude that absolutely rests 100% with the manager
4. A physical centre forward will more often than not rough up our centre backs. Drogba was the master at it but Costa isn't far behind. Stoke have been doing it to us for years but still he doesn't think there's room in the squad for someone whose job is primarily to stop the opposition.
5. A team who sit with two decent holders in midfield will break up our rhythm and after 10 mins we look lost and give the ball away on the edge of their box time and time again. Chavski have done it to us every since Maureen first arrived and Koeman and Pochettino have recently spotted how fucking easy it is to do
And so it begins all over again - the annual collapse and the race to the top 4 with the Spuds. 2 points from 3 games and heading into a run of games where dropping points looks as certain as TO1AW signing a new contract. Southampton will do their normal contain and quick break game against us and we'll drop points there, and before the end of March we have the certain defeat to Barcelona to look forward to, and trips to Man Ure, Shitole and Goodison where despite the respective woes of 2 of those teams we will melt and drop more points. By the end of March we'll be closer to 5th than 1st for certain.
But never fear because holiday bound Watford, Crystal Palace, Norwich all at home with already relegated Villa in the final home game where the spunkathon walk of shame...sorry lap of appreciation takes place. City may have already won the league by the penultimate game too so we could score a moral victory there or maybe even a 0-0 draw as they play their fringe players to get their medals
Top 4 in the bag once more, another £40m profit or so, another contract extension, another 3 new kits, another lucrative pre season tour with some new photo opportunities for Wenger asslicking on the other side of the world.......and the same old same old 2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19....repeat until owner and manager have left for good

Wenger sais after the game that Costa got Mertesacker sent off. I despise Costa, but you have a manager(and in Wenger's case, I use the word loosely) defending the indefensible. Mertesacker got himself sent off, with such a stupid tackle. Nice to know that if you play with us, you will always be defended, no matter how shit you perform. Also, I seen a pic on twitter of Fabregas patting his Chelsea crest as he walked off at the end, but this is a guy who is still honoured outside the stadium, and receives applause inside it, how embarrassing are some of our fan-base.

A man who said if we saw him in a Chelsea shirt we have permission to shoot him. Surely Herd and the boys know someone who'd do a bare hands job on him without the need for weapons !BFG4 wrote:Wenger sais after the game that Costa got Mertesacker sent off. Don't worry though Ivan and the Marketeers will ensure his lovely photo adorns Ken Friar bridge for years to come. Even if they did replace it, it would probably be with a picture of Van Persie !

We had no chance of getting anything out of this game when Wenger chose to sub Giroud. Shocking decision really, unless there's circumstances we don't know about.
The fact our whole Club shits its collective pants whenever we play Chelsea, an absolute pissant club of no consequence, is derisory.
Good on you to anyone who sat there today (in Emirates silence, naturally) and lapped up the jibes from the chav fans. I can't be arsed with Chelsea fixtures because the script has been too predictable for a decade.

So,so disappointed with that pitiful display. We froze and just didn't perform. Can we still win the league? Yes we can.
Players need to take accountability for their own performances. Doubt Wenger instructed the players to not shoot or tackle. Even so, he instructed them to keep a flat 441 formation when we had the pace to actually trouble there CB, 432 formation would have given us a bit more attacking intention.

I see we posted a shot on target in the 86th minute. I'm surprised but strangely impressed. Good job Arsenal.
5 fucking wins in 21 against Chelsea.
Mentally, physically, psychologically owned.
By their past managers, players and yes, their supporters too.

There was no 'tactics' today because Wenger isn't a tactician. He just sends the team of blind to play pretty football and hope for the best. I can't take any more of this inept failure and annual collapse
Re: Chavski home Sun 24th 4.00pm
We're losing sight of another proud Wenger record set today lads - the longest run we've had in the league failing to score against one club.....over 10 hours now.
We'll put it up on the list with the first team in PL history to throw away a 4 goal lead, the worst league defeat in more than a century, becoming the first team in CL history to go through 90 minutes without a single shot on or off target registered, and last season's worst start to a season since 1982
Still, there's only one and long may his glorious run continue...

Just for a bit of positivity, Moh from Arsenal Fan TV was chucked out of the ground today. Hilarious, a complete wengerite who is part of the problem finally experiences what being a modern fan means.

Last three games were a great chance to set down a marker by showing everybody (including ourselves) that we are capable of getting results in games where we haven't in the past. Playing bang off-form Liverpool and Chelsea sides no less.
Instead we go from seemingly cruising to victory at Anfield to a return of 2 points from 9. Which is exactly what we deserved from our performances.
Surely nobody can actually believe that we are going to go and win at Goodison Park, White Hart Lane, Old Trafford and the Etihad? We are brittle beyond belief.

Another weak and spineless performance against Chelsea - the Chelsea who have been losing left, right and centre all season.
This was supposed to the be the season when Arsenal's "stability" combining with the weaknesses of others was going to take us to the title but it's not going to happen. It'll never happen as long as Wenger is in charge.
Oh yeah and you had the stupid, sentimental decision to make Walcott the captain to mark his 10 years at the club (10 years when he's done eff all, btw). Doesn't that just tell you everything you need to know about the fundamental weakness at this club? Wenger was more concerned with "rewarding" one of his boys, instead of having our regular captain in one of the most important games of the season. It's a mind-bogglingly naive decision.

Not sure about this, but I think that Mert himself in the tunnel decided to give it to him. Great to know he had his mind on winning the game if that's true.
