Barca now a supplement for ST holders *word censored*

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Meant to add in that it is strange that the sale of silver/red membership tickets for this game has been postponed twice in the last few weeks, now on sale on February 10th I think. Technical difficulties this week but at the same time there was no problem buying Swansea tickets.

Poor Redsenga, caught in an abusive relationship

Enjoy Groundhog season! You're just going to keep coughing up and coughing up. Your prerogative of course, as you must have so much money to spend that you must enjoy paying some corporate swindler and a fraud your hard-earned!
I don't bother with Emirates sheepie, keep paying up there's a good boy....

Oh and Arsene asks if You can please get him some bog roll and a box of tea. Make sure it's the super cheap variety mind...which is of course, also super quality

"I've wanted Wenger out for ages"...."Can't stand Kroenke"
Seconds later....

"I will renew and cannot give up my ST"

:coffeespit:

Thanks for the laughs

So you given me an insight in a few things 1) you do not have the bottle to answer my simple question and 2) Why do watch The Arsenal (even when managed by Wenger) and comment on here, surely a boycott involves stepping totally out and involves you following something / someone else until he leaves or just maybe the abusive relationship you refer is the one that you were personally brought up, either way answer the simple question (So...Outside of binning your ST what you gonna do to protest?) or is that too much for your inbred brain to comprehend... :barscarf:

So if silvers and reds get a seat they will be paying cat A prices for the same seat as a gold member who will be paying cat B prices?

Wonder how comfortably this sits with ST holders who have been calling for "unity" among all supporters to get the decision overturned? Seems like so far its only a "victory" for just ST holders and not all gooners........

I havent read all the way through so sorry if i repeat anything that had been said. The category of games has nothing to do with the refund referred too. It was a season where we didnt get to the 7th game/ cup credit, so thats why a refund occurred. More spin bollocks by Le Arse PLC.

True that! The club said the fans don't understand the system. Oh, they understand the system all right, just keep tipping the contents of your wallet into Stan's bank account!

Last season ST holders got a refund because of categorisation. They had paid upfront for a Cat B when one was deemed as Cat C, hence the refund.
This time around ST holders have paid upfront for a Cat B game against Barca but it has been deemed a Cat A, hence the request to pay more.
The refund from last season or the demand for more from this season is the difference in price between categories.

Thanks for clarifying that. Glad someone knows how it works and whats going on. :D

Well the Club has done the right thing I suppose, just goes to show how £16-£30 x 40,000 odd is a drop in the ocean to them. They prefer to not have the negative PR at a crucial time of the season (getting close to renewals)

Yes they definitely moved quickly on this but expect lots of info to come about future seasons where ST holders may get a refund OR be expected to pay more the following season depending on how many cup credits are used and crucially who against and what category they are given

If they hadn't have backtracked then we should have all walked out after 16 mins of the Barca game. That would have showed 'em eh?!!

Yeah that would show them, I can hear the stadium announcer now "Would all protesting fans who are leaving the stadium please note that all concessions and outlets including our superstores are now open for your convenience"
