Bournemouth away Sunday 1330

Lucky to have a keeper like Cech. Without him we would probably conceded in the second half. They outplayed us late in the game. Faultless 30 seconds by the 'Boy Wonder' !. Happy with the points. Lucky Arsenal. :barscarf: :barscarf:

Today was a classic example. We are 2 up and frankly when we scored the 2nd if we had carried on with that sort of purpose we could have got more. Half time comes and that's it. We sit back. Then the classic. He warms Theo Up (potentially a good move to bring him on and hit them with counter attacking pace- Wenger showing some tactical awareness) but then brings Coquelin on for Ox.

Then lets take off our other real pacey threat Sanchez and replace him not with Theo but with gibbs.

This was the tactic he employed at the scousers last season and a couple of weeks back.

Effectively you are saying to the opposition attack at your will. We have nothing to counter with.

It costs us virtually everytime.

We are crap at defending but good going forward so play to your strengths.

We got away with it today as Bournmouth were poor but Spuds or Citeh will not be so charitable.

And he's paid £8M to come up with tactics like these.

And lay off Flamini he remains the man!!!
You obviously have not been in Football for 30 years :D

I'll grant you Flamini wins an Oscar for finger pointing and manic clapping at corners but apart from this he's a fucking liability

On another day would have cost us the game...that Elneny must be shite

Massive 3 points but still many worrying signs...

- Flamini, the less said the better. If Coq is fully fit Sunday I hope to not see Flamini start any further league games this season
- Gabriel is regressing. Some really dodgy/poor moments, same as Southampton game.
- Ramsey still not on form. Only reason he looked any better yesterday was due to Bournemouth's (lack of) quality, he played a couple of nice balls but still is fucking about too much with the ball.
- Giroud running around mostly not doing a whole lot, getting lost in the game flow. he goes through these phases as we all know. Need the better version back ASAP.

Fucck me our scouting levels have sunk to a new low, I thought buying a guy with a fucked back was ridiculous but this takes the biscuit  if it was cesarean it will be 6 weeks before he can drive let alone fuckin play  :?

Rambo MOTM??!!!

WTF??!!!

Sorry, but Rambo was pants. Constantly losing possession, too many flicks and needless backheels that lost possession, indecisive on the ball, misplacing passes all over the shop.

A win is a win but it was fairly unconvincing tbh. We are ropey as fuck at the back, sloppy in midfield and toothless up front. Our resident arm waving headless chicken superhero Captain Stupid should have seen red for a two-footer off the ground. Why he felt the situation urgently required a desperate lunge in the middle of the park with no threat to our goal is something only his fart-fueled brain could tell you.

We still desperately need a better CH than either Mert or Gabriel (sell/release Mert, put Gab on the bench).

We still need a better striker than Giroud/Wally (one of them maybe could play off a top striker in a 4-4-2 or sit on the bench to come on late in the current shit system).

We still need a proper DM.

We still need to get rid of the liability Captain Stupid Flamoney.
