Don't know if many of you listen to the excellent Tuesday club podcast, but Alan told a story of how he went to the Vieira appreciation dinner or something last week and Wenger wasn't there, wasn't mentioned. Not once.

Vieira went down a little in my estimations after that, obviously we don't know the story, but to not even acknowledge the man that plucked him from AC Milan and developed him as a player, made him captain, stuck by him when his own behaviour wasn't fitting of an Arsenal captain - till he very much became one, I thought was terrible.

Yes respect works both ways, but even if they have had a massive fall out, to not want him there was one thing - but to not even publicly acknowledge him and his influence on his great career? Madness.

I'm sure plenty on here will blame Wenger blah blah - but what you can't say about Wenger is that he isn't a decent and loyal man (far too loyal sometimes obviously!)- Vieira owes Wenger a lot, and as I said - he dropped a little in my estimations when I heard his name wasn't even mentioned - made a mockery of the whole thing really.

His tenure as Arsenal manager shouldnt be unconditional. The former players like Keown, Henry, Dixon, Parlour also need to wise up. They question the team, question the mental strength and certain players within the team, yet on the question of whether Wenger is the right man for the job, its always 'oh absolutely'. I have to ask, which is it? Does the team lack mettle and quality, or is Wenger the best man for the job - it cant be Fing both!!!!

Anyways, I still hold hope and am optimistic we will win it. However if we dont, then I literally cannot comprehend how Wenger earns a new deal.

It is unacceptable if we bottle the league title again - For the fifth time in nine seasons. Yet TOF will get another undeserved extension and wage rise to continue this footballing purgatory.

Aside from signing him, what the fuck did TOF teach Vieira? 'Go out and play'.

All the other players admit that TOF told them nothing, he let them do it themselves; fortunately for him he still had the back five running things for him on the pitch and still had a few characters to spur on the 02-05 sides. When that influence finally disappeared and TOF starting signing half-baked kids, we turned into spineless wimps and have hardly improved since.

High ticket prices are one of the few things at the club Wenger doesn't deserve to carry the can for.

So why does he insist on mouthing off about it like everything? Just wise up and give a non-committal answer like Klopp did and stay out of it. Although being the oracle on everything that he is, of course Wenger must share his wisdom and unparalleled economic knowledge.

His comments on ticket pricing are a Disgrace. Alex Ferguson is 900 times the manager this c*** will ever be. When the Glazers put prices up and ManYoo fans were furious did Fergie tell them not to protest? Did he openly defend ticket prices? No. Why? Because his job was to win trophies and compete. He knew that. He also respected the fans more than that and understood it was hard on them.

Why didn't Klopp come out and defend the ticket pricing at Liverpool? Again, more respect for his fans.

Dortmund fans just protested too and did their manager Tuchel get involved? Again no, not his place.
