c***s AKA the scum

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

That said, all this second coming of Christ nonsense is embarrassing. They have had everything go their way this year - injuries, refereeing decisions, goalkeeping/defensive mistakes - you name if, they've fluked it. Some people would have you believe that they are a tremendous and seriously very impressive side whilst slagging us off every single week without fail - despite being on the same points total.
all true BUT you make your own luck and every title winning team has luck with them through out the season,Spuds can go on and win it and deservedly so,its painful to say it but they are head and shoulders above the rest of the league, they can defend, they can score, they fear nobody in fact the complete polar opposite of us,the tide has turned, its taken nearly 30 years but while Arsene sat on his fucking arse lauding it around our fabulous new stadium thinking that we had a divine right to be the cream of London the Chav sand now Spurs have stolen our thunder, who next west ham???

I am one of the oldest on here and was alive when they last won the league. Vaguely remember all the celebrations. If those *word censored* win it I am emigrating. :x

Haven't you being saying the same about Leicester ?

They are, as you say, serious contenders. It matters not why they are serious contenders, although you could probably argue that we too have been extremely fortunate to still be in with a shot given our results and performances this season
Spuddy I agree with you 100% that they are a small time scum club BUT, that will not wash away the dirty feeling that we would all get IF they won the league - that they would be winning the weakest league for over 30 years would be irrelevant to them, and having only won 2 leagues in their history, I don't know if I could blame them for taking that stance :(
Yes and I also brazenly sAid the same about Liverpool in 2014 until April. But if we start holding people to past statements here it's going to get silly

I just think that the clubs who struggle with a demanding CL schedule tend to see the relative benefit later in the season. Leicester have had no fixture congestion, Spurs have been able to play the ressies against FC Civil War in the Europa League and have both effectively had one competitive game a week. Especially both relying on s high intensity game, any sort of injuries and/or fatigue and they're struggling.

They could win it, horrible as it is to admit. But also there is an established record going right back to the inception of the PL and United overturning Norwich of bigger teams overhauling their lesser rivals in the last 6-8 weeks. That sAid if the bigger team is us rather than City I'm not exactly filled with confidence.

But mate, you promised, and I believe every word you say, that today would be the beginning of the end for them. It wasn't. I have scum relatives so I am seriously scared.

Didn't go to plan today - can't recall a worse handball decision being given in years, and they were absolutely there for the taking at 1-1....but they defied the odds. Still absolutely 100% confident they won't be finishing above us, let alone winning the league

Mate, why do you bother posting with 2 different identities? Something fishy cloaked gooner? or not?

Exactly, there's still about a third of the season to go. That lot are bigger bottle jobs than us.

This place is worse than Glory Glory. A least some of them still expect to finish 5th.
Spurs fans would feel right at home here, Arsenal players are shit, the manager is a *word censored* ( even give him death treats if you want).

However, fuck how good are spurs? Brilliant players, manager, etc and all on a budget!

Gee this place could get a lot of vermin joining as they would feel right at home. The Gooner could run this as a spurs forum and you would struggle to tell the difference.

Mate, it's hardly a bleedin love in!!
Everyone on here hates the Spuds with a passion. All some are saying is that like it or not they have a chance of winning the fucking thing. It's a fucking scary thought and something I genuinely never thought I'd have to face in my lifetime.
Hopefully they'll fuck up like they always do......hopefully

Glory tends to be better than most things.
