I'd nail your bollocks to the door if you said that to my face  :D

Nothing good whatsoever comes from the scum winning the league. :cussing:

It also assumes that them winning the league gets rid of Wenger.....how does that follow. Oh yeah, our wonderful owner who needs a sat nav to find N5 once a year will really care about the history between the clubs......if TO1AW finished top four he couldn't give a flying fuck.

It's wouldn't. No one on our board gives a fuck. Wenger will leave when he wants. Nothing will force him out. Fucking depressing but true, mate.

No-one will demonstrate at Cashburton, as there are too many Tarquins and tourists there and it seems to be AKB central inside the ground anyway and some will violently defend TOF.

The contract is surely signed and the cowards in the club are waiting for a time to slip it out quietly - probably during Euro 2016, as it seems that we're winning fuck all this season. There's nothing we can do about it; that utter bastard will be stealing a living until 2019 :censored:

There is no end in sight for this purgatory :banghead:

:suicide:

SteveO 35 wrote:This season really is turning out to be full of surprises isn't it?

I mean who could have predicted last Summer that we'd underwhelm in the transfer market, throw the League Cup away to focus on the big prizes, finish 2nd in the Be All and End All group, sign only 1 useless wanker in the January window, be out of the Be All and End All with a meaningless 2nd leg still to play in the last 16, fade away miserably in the League and still only have any interest in winning anything courtesy of having avoided any of our "can't beat" clubs in the FA Cup.

Who could have seen that happening? I mean, next someone will be telling me we'll go on a run of flat track bullyings in April and May and be hampered in signing anyone owing to the European Championships in the Summer.

Whatever next eh ?
Just to really add to the surprise nature of it all, we lost home and away to Chelsea without scoring a goal, limped out of OT with another defeat, failed to win / score at Stoke and picked up some injuries !

The big worry I have is who the board would replace AW with, thats not a keep him cos theres no one else to replace him with point.

The chances of the board hiring anyone decent is tiny TBH  , I suspect that we will appoint some tight arse for very little pay, Garde is the man maybe  . the team will dwindle away seeing the increasing lack of ambition from the top, there will continue to be low transfer activity inwards. Meanwhile still 60,000 will rock up at the Grove, so why change anything at all. Money lost in CL money is regained in lower wages as we slip into the same sort of spiral the "Actively selling Villa for 2 seasons" Learner has there.

Interesting to see the Yank bought teams slumber, Victims, Manure Villa and us, seems to be a tend we may not have spotted in our hatred of the current AW love in with The Board...

PS thank you all for your interest in our affairs at AFC xx

The media need to finally turn on The Old Fraud, they have protected him for far too long.

I just find myself repeating the same things on this thread.
Post match Wenger says he cant fault the players desire.
Desire isn't just about wanting to score goals, its also about getting back to prevent opposition midfielders getting an unimpeded shot at goal.
Where was the desire there?

I was going to offer Sky £100 for charity if they let Souness do the post match interview with Wenger.

So many times we have seen this film played on repeat. So many times have we been told by Wenger that this is a different Arsenal. So many times have we been given excuses for past failure, immediately followed by further reasons why this is the one. He is the manager who cried wolf, and he’s been crying it for five years.

If Arsenal fail to win the Premier League title this season, Wenger should be ashamed. Almost every time he claims that his players are harder, better, faster and stronger, they demonstrate themselves to be softer, worse(r), slower and weaker.
Spot on

Markyp you're presuming that those in the ground these days have been around long enough to actually understand the hatred, i know so many people who were long term fans before me who have stopped going, there are a number of exST holders on here and others who only really go away now.

Yes there are still a lot of long term fans in the ground but since we moved from Highbury there has never once been the same sort of atmosphere at the Bowl that there was for an old school NLD.

JCL's, AKB's and tourists make a significant proportion of the fans these days in the Bowl and they are there for the 'experience' not for the 'passion'
