Well that was bloody frustrating. I'm still angry with what happened in the second half but also a tad relieved as it was looking much worse until Sanchez scored.

What Coquelin did has completely turned the game on its head with his utter stupidity. It's so typical Arsenal as well; finding new ways to fuck everything up

Our game management was truly shocking as the shock/disappointment of Coq's red card soon became a double and then triple whammy as we lost our heads and capitulated. You have to regroup and take the sting out of the game and not allow a red to be quickly followed by 2 goals in 2 mins. Pathetic yet typical Arsenal. - we did a similar thing against the chavs at home when a red card was quickly followed by Costa scoring.

Credit for getting back to 2-2 though. Could have won it at the end too. :o Gutted not to win, but given we were losing 2-1 and down to 10 men, I guess a point will have to do. Losing was the nightmare scenario given what it would mean to Sp*rs so at least we avoided that.

Anyway, lets hope the derby kicks us out of this weird daydream we've been in all year. We can't get much worse. :|

I'm not. It feels like a loss. I know we did well to fight back from 1-2 down with 10 men, but the scum were fucking average today and if Coquelin hadn't done his El Capitano Stupido impression I think we'd have beaten them. :x
I seem to be reading a lot of ''They showed a lot of heart'' on here and elsewhere. Means fuck all if your players are not disciplined when it matters. This results just prolongs the misery as it gives Wenger another get out of jail while achieving fuck all. Definitely not to say I wanted to lose but anything other than a win is pointless at this stage.

City will most likely overtake us when they catch up their games.
Mate we got a red card in football, shock, horror, I remember Viera and co getting reds on a regular basis because we were constantly being reminded of our poor discipline record.

It happens, he got caught up in the atmosphere.

And before any cunnt thinks I'm comparing this team to the one with viera in it I'm not but coq is a defensive midfielder and they they pick up yellow cards and the odd red one, it comes with the territory.

We could have lost 10-0 today and wenger would still have a job so no point wishing us lose when you mistakenly think that it will be for the greater good because it doesn't.
I made it clear I never wanted us to lose this or any other game. Even if Jimmy Savile's resurrected corpse was in charge I would never want us to lose and you're a c*nt if you do. My point was people being happy over a draw which does close to fuck all for a team supposedly chasing a title.

Feel deflated again , that game was there to be won..Spurs distinctly average despite almost owning the ball for the first thirty minutes.. How stupid was Coquelin ? Cost us big time as did the decision not to give a second yellow to Dier... Ramsey continues to frustrate me, so much that am glad Bellerin played the ball slightly behind him for his goal. If that had been played in front of Ramsey he would have controlled it and brought it outside the area before losing possession.
Elneny was tidy but unimaginative , tin hat on here but I thought Mert was decent today.. Ospina had a mixed game , mixed between brilliant and lucky but that is ok..we will take that.
If Arsenal do win this title will celebrate for all of fifteen minutes.

Nobody wants anyone but us too win the title. Realistically its very unlikely. If it denies the Scum getting it, i understand the pro Leicester feeling. I agree. I feel a pointtoday is a plus as i expected us to lose. However LE Coq is an absolute crunt!

He was weak as piss for their second goal. He had to stop Sp*rs coming out from the corner flag with the ball. :x

Other than that he was alright, but unfortunately he's partially at fault for a goal in most games these days.

I think gooners are more relieved than celebrating a draw, I thought at 2-1 down we were done, spud supporters on the other hand will be treating this as more of a loss than a draw so swings and roundabouts.

We don't have much to celebrate lately and most on here thought we'd lose, I know I did so this is some light relief from a dismal run of form.

You would expect that attitude from the players not from the supporters.

Big away point today and 1 closer to the top.

Yes Wenger should go but I refuse to give up on the title if Spurs couldnt beat us with 10 men

Best case scenario is we wake up tomorrow morning 5pts behind Leicester but with tough away trips to everton, the shammers and citeeh - worse case scenario we wake up tomorrow morning 8pts behind and still facing those tough away games. I think that you are either very drunk or very deluded if you think that we can still win this league

Have to agree. This Arsenal team is poor in too many positions. Our manager is clueless - a couple of tidy signings in January and we could have won this league.

I wonder if anyone pointed out at half time to coquelin that he should stay on his feet for the rest of the game. Suicidal tackle and I am very relieved we got a point. Leicester win tonight will be massive, I almost have given up on Arsenal winning the fucker but it will be a small consolation if the spuds have their usual annual blowup.

How drunk and deluded would you have to have been to have predicted Leicester to have gone from staring relegation in the face 18 months ago to being top of the league now? :rubchin:

Write us off if you like but stranger things have happened. All teams in this league look beatable.

I'm struggling to think of a more brain dead sending off in recent years. Gabriel got pelters for brushing Costa's toenail but that pales into insignificance compared to that braindead fuckwit today. Spurs looked aimless, the crowd were getting restless and we were starting to dominate for the first time. Then he brings down a guy on the touchline with the most, pathetic lame lunge that just proves what he is - a reluctant, converted CDM who hasn't got a sodding clue how to tackle properly

Well fuck right off mate. He's only here anyway because TO1AW had no choice but to recall him when every other midfielder was injured.

If there's one thing I detest, its a selfish footballer only playing for himself. Piss off you two bob c.unt - livid still

You mean it's not because wenger recognised his top quality ability while he was playing league 1 with Charlton ??
