Probably rested. He's been injured for almost a year and started on Saturday.

I think the team has been picked with one eye on WBA should we get knocked out.
However that team should also beat hull city reserves you would think....

The very risky line-up is easily explained. We're resting everyone for the quarter-final on Sunday.....
