Because Wenger got a lot of criticism from fans & media when he gave it to him v Chelsea. So he's proving a point, he will NOT be told. Not by ANYBODY.

You couldn't ask for a less intimidating atmosphere for a 5th round cup replay, in a shitty, small club northern town.

Giroud has turned up in full arrogant prick mode. If 11 games without scoring at the business end of the season combined with losing his place in the side hasn't taught him some humility, I don't know what will. From the first fucking minute it has been all pained looks of anguish, complaining about everything and stupid gesticulating. The bloke thinks that he is constantly wronged by the world but in reality he's won the football lottery. Stupid yellow that was well deserved for a cowardly rake on the heel which we've seen before - we would be crying blue murder if some northerner had done that. There's a red card out there for him today.

Appreciate our selection limitations but the side is horrendously unbalanced as an attacking unit. Campbell, Iwobi and Walcott are all players who just want to sprint with the ball or run in behind. No creativity, nobody who will skip by a man in the middle of the pitch or unlock a defence.

Who lets Walcott take set pieces? Fucking useless at everything.

Surely anyone else would be better than Theo taking a corner :rubchin:

He won the raffle on the way up. First prize is the captaincy for the night.

Well the importance of captaincy is over-rated
