Game nearly sold out despite what the article on the main website indicates we should do in protest to Kroenke.

So a bet at 3-1 might be worth a punt

My luck would be to put the money on the 3-0 win and fucking Flamini would score a fourth just to spite me! :D
If you think Flamini will score at 3-0 put your money on 3-1 :D :barscarf: :D

And herein lies the very problem why nothing will change unless there is some form of prolonged protest in the stadium. Any time someone doesn't bother to take their seat it gets filled by someone else whatever type of person they may be (JCL,AKB etc).

Great article on the last time we met Watford in the FA cup, a very controversial game. Lino indicates a pen for Arsenal, but the referee overules and Watford break with Arsenal players static. Luther Blissett scores cue mayhem from both the players and the fans.

Something for Wenger to hang his hat on if we lose "Players are still a leeetle beet psychologically affected by what happened here in 1987"

Before most of them were born but we won't go into that.......

Paul Merson says on sky sports.
"Watford is Wenger's biggest game for a long, long time," he added. "I think it is a massive match but it wouldn't surprise me if he made 10 changes and saved everybody for Barcelona, which they have no chance in."
Also says they have no chance of the title due to difficult away games.

Merse talks a lot more sense than Ian Wright

Seems like Merson's on the same page as us. He's right as well, Wenger is looking past this annoying fixture to the big bright lights of the Nou Camp where we still have an infinitesimal chance of going through. Even glorious defeat with honour will have him purring contentedly before he heads home to resume what is almost certainly going to become a titanic battle for 4th.The man is borderline insane, his priorities completely skewed. He knows how to get 4th though, so I'm expecting some quick fire losses putting to bed any hope of trophies before the pressure free unbeaten run begins :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Merson said a few weeks ago that if we didn't win the title then Wenger should be sacked, but judging by his comments today, he must think winning the FA cup should save Wenger. I love the FA cup, but winning it is nothing more than a good day out, its not a good season if we win it, unless others like Merson, judge it from the incredibly low standards Wenger has brought us.

as much as I love both merse and wright, they don't half talk a load of reactionary shit.

remember writey saying tom ince should write to the mother of a dead english soldier to explain why he turned down a chance to play for the u-21s, must have been a year ago now. i couldn't fathom how fucking stupid it was when he said it, but after hearing his bs on tuesday night and seeing him abuse fellow gooners on twatter, nothing would surprise me

Won't be seeing merse at the bowl for a while then...actually when was the last time he did a live match at the bowl?

Fuck it...don't care if it means wenger stays another season, would love to see us win again...creating history with 3 in a row. :barscarf: :barscarf:
Winning a competition with 748 teams entering always looks nice in the history pages. :barscarf: :barscarf:

I agree that i'd love for us to win the FA Cup again for 3 in a row but id also be devastated for it will probably mean another 4 years of Wenger (we need a torn emoji)

Such a conflicting season because i can't see us being rid of Wenger if we win anything but still can't accept not winning something :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Will there be dressing room selfies if we win this one? Will Walcott be smirking and telling us that his inevitable tap-in justifies 11 years of him being complete, utter dogshit?
