Toffees away Saturday 12.45

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I've given up hoping for a goal fest that would reduce our goal difference deficit.
Wenger has said publicly before he doesn't care about g/d. Love to see us lose the league because of that then hear what he has to say about that.
Generally if we're doing shit at something Wenger ignores it/isnt interested. He only gets animated at the things we're good at (eg, being "self-sufficient", finishing 4th etc etc)

I didn't hear him say that. It's a stupid remark because it's worth a point at this stage of the season. We have to finish a point in front of both Leicester or Tottenham to be ahead of them in the league as it stands now on goal difference.

Ridiclous refereeing foul on Bellerin. Should have been a booking, let alone a foul. Players always get away with that "bodychecking" nonsense.

Probably couldn't see it as was only 5 yards away from it :banghead:

At the end of the day, if Wenger had done what every single fan knew needed doing last Summer and bought a couple of players in to keep things fresh and avoiding needing to play Crap/put of form players we'd be in with a real shot at the title this year. He deserves sacking for that alone.

Deserves is not a word used at Arsenal FC

I don't think lukaka really should have gone in for that, the ball was virtually in his hands. Two goalie out now. :banghead: :banghead:

How is that not a free kick. Just coz he was "going for the ball". Isn't that what normally happens with most challenges anyway :rubchin:

He said it last season, or the season before... but he said it. I remember being so surprised at the time. He can't surprise me anymore though.

Ospina is too frightened to be handed over to our medical team, he'll rather struggle on.
