THE BOARD - Kroenke, Usmanov, Finances, AGM etc.

Arsenal Till I Die wrote:"Fuck off Stan Kroenke, get out of our club" was belted out loud and proud from the away fans at Everton today! :barscarf:
I tip my hat to the lot of you. The day this c.unt picks up his baseball bat and fucks off back to the land of the Nuggets and the Rapids the better. Detestable prick of an owner - the sort I never thought I'd see owning our great club

Okay, fair enough: if not PHW alone, then the entire board before Stan took over. All of them gave Wenger free reign and one openly admitted that if Wenger has a plan they back it, if he doesn't they say nothing.

We've gone from a board of cowardly pricks to a great big disinterested prick. Either way, both have exacerbated the decline of this great football club.

They'll soon start with "be careful what you wish for" and highlight the Leeds chairmen as an example..

And not to mention what happened to Portsmouth and Rangers too......I mean imagine if £30m had been spent and only left the cash reserves marginally over £100m. I'm sure the sun would fall from the sky and the bubble that TO1AW has spoken about for 12 years would be burst with football consumed in its own tsunami

It's very simple Kroenke is on to a winner. He does not have to invest a penny and the fact he owns the club means his money is made by Arsenal simply becoming richer from the TV deals.
I mean Aston Villa seem to give up so easily this season but they still receive a large amount of money and they are gambling on the fact that they bounce back up. It's one hell of a gamble and if they fail it might see them slide like Leeds did.
Kroenke does not care if we win the league because we are a money making machine. As long as we stay in the top 4 and have a little run in the Champions League he is laughing. Not sure what the score is in America regarding winning but he seems to have struck gold with Arsenal. It's just the fans who suffer but loyal to Arsenal they will suffer.

Why would wiggy want to spend 70/80m on players to earn an extra 4m in prize money by winning the PL.

Agree with that, i'd guess for a real answer you'd have to ask someone like 'Roman the Chav' :rubchin:

He seems happy enough investing £8m a year in a certain manager though

You'll be pleased to hear that Kroenke got plenty of stick yesterday mate. Seems its quite easy and acceptable to criticise him, but say a bad word about Wenger and you'll get a slap. :|

Wengerites want to dilute and distract from Wenger, but now I get the feeling that WOBs are falling into the trap of turning on Kroenke instead cause hes an easy target, wont upset anyone and wont get you assaulted. :|

Baming Kroenke for 10 years of Wengers shit and incompetence doesnt sit well with me

I get the feeling the focus is shifting onto Kroenke now because #WengerOut is such a toxic and divisive topic. This will please a lot of people, including Wenger but its not for me mate. I'll happily go for Kroenke but right now shifting onto him will fall right into Wengers hands. Confuse, distract, dilute, deflect. It becomes meaningless.

The clarity I have on this is so strong. I honestly know Im right on this one. Wenger will love it if everyone starts blaming SK. I can just picture the smug look on his face when he defends him in interviews, secretly thinking "phew, they're leaving me alone, thank fuck for that" Teflon Wenger off the hook again.
