As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Agreed. But I do hope you’re not trying to imply that the Board have not chosen to do son on their won a number of occasions.

No and that is exactly what I am criticising. You label (and incorrectly in my mind) my comments as scaremongering. But comments that are undeniable scaremongering you seem unwilling to call out as what they are. You call quaestioing the lack of vitriol toward the Board scaremongering, and seem unwilling to call genuine scaremongering what it is when the Board are the ones engaged in it.
Wenger talking about him again today, the whole situation seems a little weird to me. If you're not gonna re-sign him, shut up & stop telling us how good he still is
No idea how much Pires has left in the tank, but if Wenger thinks Pires has "the legs" to cope with 25 games between now and end of season, then sign him on a one season deal!
Rather see Pires do something in 10 minutes wide left as a sub than see Arshavin stroll around aimlessly.
