Sunderland Game and Charlie x2

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Fuck Slysports anyway. This is terrible. We all wanted another crack at our Mackem chums after that 2nd half last year. I've tried desperately to re-organise my Monday schedule but it's looking like a no-go so the proper Arsenal match looks out.

I'm seriously debating maybe just flying in on the Saturday and home Saturday night for the game. Would need to know the game is a deffo before I commit though.

I deffo can't do an overnighter at the moment as my daughter is going through a bit of a rough time with associating people staying away over night with people dying - we've had a couple of deaths in and close to the family recently. I've missed two of my mates weddings so far this summer. We're hoping she'll grow out of this but so far it's been pretty bad.

I'll keep checking numbers here and if we look like we can field a side I'll try and sort getting over there.

Yep. In a prison setting, you would now be Percy's "wife".

On a more serious note - what flights are you on augie? If I can get over I'll book the same ones and then you will have company whilst you get lost in London! :barscarf:

Right time to get all serious now

Unless we get at least 12 confirmed for the match by Monday afternoon. The game to be played on Saturday around between say 11am- 1pm then we will have to forget about it. I havent even bothered checking to see if the pitch we used last year is free yet as we dont have a team due to sky changing the fixture. If the fans game doesnt go ahead ( which will be a shame ) then Im sure all the lads who are over on saturday can meet up for a drink.

Cheers Chunky

I am up for the fans game, I think, will confirm by Sunday.

Would defo be up for the drink. Maybe we could just all go to Upton Park or Brisbane Road?
