Germany are overrated, they are the new England. Everyone talks up their chances, then they look average in the first game, lose against the a decent side and stumble to a win against one of the worst sides in the competition. I think they will struggle against Portugal unless they improve a lot.
I can't see any way in hell that Germany will go any further. Portugal's fluid movement will make them look even more leaden-footed than they are. How anybody made them favourites is beyond me, considering they hadn't won a Euros game for 12 years!

That's what they've done through-out most of their history, yet Germany always tend to somehow find themselves in the latter stages of the tournament or indeed go on to win in the Final. As Rebel said, you never write-off the Germans.

Have to agree, I already thought Domenech was the biggest crunt in the tournament.
Domenech is stupid firstly he keeps an injured Viera and tells Flamini to go home. France need either one of these players right now. Mid week Gallas flipped and missed a training session. Thuram is where? To take Nasri off was one stupid decision. Benzema should have gone off imo. Domenech is a fool for subbing a sub. He surely has pissed off each and every gooner off as we all wanted to see Nasri.
Luka Toni has been dangerous but he can't finish for shit. He will probably score in the 2nd half.
I hope Romania get something. I'm watching both games together and Romania have had a few good chances. Mutu has been dangerous so might get something. They deserve it. France and Italy have played shit in all the other games and it would be cruel on Romania to go out.

Portugal can also self destruct. Never bet against the Germans or the Italians! Both playing crap football but capable of winning this tournament.
I want Holland or Spain or Croatia to win!!!
