you are easily confused my friend. I simply stated that Wenger has been able to dismantle and rebuild a squad over a couple of years and yet maintained Champions League status throughout this. We now have a young squad, yet the experience levels are massive.This is virtually a brand new squad compared to 4-5 years ago. On this basis, I believe we will have a steady team going forward from this point, as no major changes will be needed (potentially Diaby for Gilberto). I believe this is the start of a new era as do many others. Cheer up and look forward to the new season...its no good fans spreading their doom and gloom to other fans...things are not that bad......and yes, I do believe we can win the league...

Really! Whats the second season? The double? The third season should see us overthrow China and become a superstate!

If you could give me any footballing fact for your misplaced optimism I would listen to the arguement with interest!

Yes in years to come we may win the league but this year? I wouldnt mind having a bet with anyone!

would you not agree that the first team experience that our younger players have equates to many other international players top level experience e.g. Cesc has the experience of an older international with many caps as he broke into the team early...as a result of Vieira going. This is my personal opinion...you do not have to agree. I tend to think of it in terms of our players and other teams players in a similar position.

Lehmann-steady enough
CB-Toure/Gallas...not too many cb's better imo
LB-Clichy...a top class attacking full back with good experience (many better?)

RB-Eboue/Sagna...EE is decent going forward ..sagna?

Rosicky- will be a star next season...not too many better

Fabregas- youth/distribution/experience...wouldn't swap him for anyone

Hleb-skilfull...hope he shows his promise..again if he fulfills potential will be excellent

Gilberto- Brazil capt..experienced and solid...not too many better

RVP - Again, not too many if any better...
Ade- Underrated imo

Eduardo...flip of a coin whether he'll be good imo

If you look at our players we still have a team to compete....I really do believe this
