Lehmann in talks to re-sign ( On SSN)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

He would be no2 to Al, just as he was when he left.
If this signing happens it is ridiculous.
We are now beginning to see the state of Wenger's mind, a man looking to the past, unaware that time has moved on and unable to cope with the modern day game.
Someone suggested on here recently that Wenger was mentally ill, that statement, now doesn't look too far from the truth.

Can we not stick Bendtner in goal? The ball never seems to cross the goal line when that fucker is near it...

What?????????????????

Look this would be a bad move no doubt about that but if you think anything other than working withing the financial restrictions almost certainly place has anything to do with this maybe you should not throw around comments about the mental health of others so easily sid

He's still on the books too I'd imagine so he'd cost even less though we might have to bump up the Legends tour wages then......

This throws up all sorts of exciting new possibilities..

I dont know about you guys but I think I'd prefer Pat Rice to do a job as reserve right-back.

Well, he's animated on the touchline, which is just about all that other *word censored* is good for these days, so why not save some more money?

Jens called it a day because he KNEW he was past his best, Wenger is brining him in because he thinks he can have a Van Der Sar type 'keeper on his hand due to their age.

This move could/should only happen if he gets a job as 'keeper coach at the end of his ''playing'' contract.

If I'm being honest if our useual season collapse happens Jens *if signed* will play the last three games like our second 'keepers always do.
