Lehmann in talks to re-sign ( On SSN)

Post by Irish Gooner »

Breaking there.

No surprise really, would hope he will start remaining games if he's up to it.

Really though it says it all about the Wenger project that we have had to resign Sol Campbell and bring Lehmann out of retirement several years after their peak and left the club.

Vieira was also considered. If these players were properly replaced, then thee would be no issue.

All things said and done if Lehmann some how won us the league now, he would have some status at this club....*dreaming*....

So now Stallone is making Rocky 7 with Micky coming back from the dead, and Appolo Creed coming back as a Cat that can talk, that haunts Drago.

Yes Lehman will come back and help us win the leauge

 good one IG

This is mental. He's WAAAYYY past his best.

Can we not stick Bendtner in goal? The ball never seems to cross the goal line when that fucker is near it...

Cannot wait to see him back tbh

Few mad moments to come hopefully!

The problem was letting him go in the first place, Scezney should have been the air to his throne and learning from him.

Come on lads get behind Mad Jens! Legend!

Who do you trust to deal with Delaps throw at the Britannia, Lehmann or Almunia?

I know who I do!

I fucking love Lehmann! One of my favourite ever players!

I imagine I would be the clone of him if I ever played for us! Well not skill wise but I am a useful keeper!

I would take Perry Groves (if he regained fitness  ) above Denilson.

He would just need to run around and lay off the ball...

Surely adding 'goalkeeper' to Bob Wilson's contract would be a cheaper option?
