Oh my god, wish I hadn't read this
Yeah and I wonder what our alleged "poverty" has got to do with Wenger's inability to organise a basic defensive set-up. I love the way Wenger says that his priority is to "keep the squad together", as if they're a team of winners, before key members leave anyway.Dan_85 wrote:I hate this "other teams have more money than us, oh we're so poor" line that they keep trotting out. OK, I realise we can't spunk City style millions but haven't we been listed as the world's third richest club behind only Utd & Real Madrid for the last few years?!
Even the bad players want to leave Denilson, Bendtner its just no one wants them, cos... they're... well, not very goodSupagoon wrote:expensive tickets are expensive arsene, does he forget about that?
lol this isnt a great period is it.
Good players want to leave.
Bad players want to stay.
We're playing call my bluff in the transfer market (again).

Top post BG, far too much of that shit goin on for far too long on here, makes the forum nasty and not a nice place to be, I 100% understand and empathise with the frustration but it's no excuse!brazilianGOONER wrote:why the hell is rosicky a wanker and a c**t? please do enlighten me.donaldo wrote:The good news just keeps on coming.I forgot this injury prone c**t was still at the club.Wanker

i really think you should learn the difference between a bad player (or in this case, a player who once was very good and now is past his best) and a cuntish person.
if you're upset that he still has a contract and is in the team, then you should blame another person and you know exactly who. rosicky was offered a new contract after all that time away with the neverending injury, so how come he is the one to be blamed? think twice, mate.
it gets to my nerves that bashing of players who never did anything wrong as a person. would you like to be called a c**t and a wanker by your boss if you started becoming a little worse on your job?
I think people are just fucked off with everthing Arsenal at the moment so it's understandable they'd have a few choice words for some of whom are embloyed by the club.Belfast Boy wrote:Top post BG, far too much of that shit goin on for far too long on here, makes the forum nasty and not a nice place to be, I 100% understand and empathise with the frustration but it's no excuse!brazilianGOONER wrote:why the hell is rosicky a wanker and a c**t? please do enlighten me.donaldo wrote:The good news just keeps on coming.I forgot this injury prone c**t was still at the club.Wanker

Besides, Rosicky is a passionless fucker who is not bothered about the club.

If the money is there then spend sensibly. We all know what we need is a defence and some unbridled passion.
Quite happy for money grabbers like Nasri to go (1 good season in 4) and anything we get for Clichy is an absolute bonus (penalty give away waiting to happen).
Cesc deserves to go to Barca. Why should he wait for Arsene to wake up?
Franksav you moniker is the best on the forum.
You might be interested that I do rather a nice oblong 999 ticket badge in bright pink or blue!!!

[quote="TeeCee"]Goal.com quotes Wenger from French TV
Arsene Wenger has responded to growing unrest by supporters over Arsenal’s transfer policy by stating that activity will increase at the end of July.
The Frenchman has been criticised for his lack of spending over the last few years, having reportedly not utilised his full budget in several transfer windows.
It is a policy which has been applauded by the likes of Uefa president Michel Platini, who has praised Arsenal for not incurring debts on the scale of Manchester United, but has rankled with fans who have become disillusioned with the club’s insistence on buying young players.
And rumours over the possible departures of key players such as Cesc Fabregas, Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy has left supporters worried that they will be left behind their rivals who continue to spend much more.
But when questioned on possible future transfers, Wenger said that decisions made on buying or selling players will not be rushed, as clubs still have two months before the transfer window shuts.
“We are in a waiting period, everybody is waiting that the other [club] moves,â€

I like to know whose he's waiting for? because as far as i can see Manure, victims fc and even the mackems haven't been waiting christ even the carrot crunchers and QPR are more active in the transfer market than us
.To me he waiting for the dregs to buy cheap and use the constant excuse ''the players we wanted weren't available'' or ''we won't be held to ransom'' which is all bollocks.
As already stated the quote reference we not rich is also crap as we always in the top 4 of the richest club list,we posting profits of AVERAGE £30million a year and the creme de la creme we giving average and injury prone players contracts of £50,000+ for no return.
Our rivals must be laughing us as we not doing a Leeds or Pompey in the financial side but Wenger is doing it on the playing side.

I read this and was gonna pen a decent reply but i can't be bothered as it is lining up to be just the fucking same summer on the transfer front as it has been these past 3-4 seasons.
We are being fed a constant drip of bullshit by the club. Next year on the pitch is looking to be be no different to the previous years. Only this time i think the shit will hit the fan very quickly, what with the price rises etc.
The supporters are not very Arsenal or Arsene friendly at the moment. Time will tell..................

Bang on mate - the Keyboard Black Belts love it don't they!! No harm in keeping Cescs best mate at the club just in case....
He has experience, has won things and can help the younger players - I doubt he will play to many games from the off, but i dont think he does any harm being part of the squad.
Rosicky was always injured before we signed him! Dortmund fans said he was a good player but hardly ever played! We signed an injury prone player and unbelievably, have been extending his contract ever since. 50 odd grand a week for about 10 games a season! Sums up Arsene Cunty Wenger - poor management, poor judgement, poor decision making.
