Newcastle Footy thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I reckon we'll win, the Mags have had an even worse summer than we have, lost Nolan, Barton and Enrique unhappy, all very unsettled.

Yeah but you can bet your life they will play with 100% commitment unlike our bottling *word censored*.

I am not mentally ready for the new season.

Funny I have found this summer to be complete and utter frustration and despair.......yes even worse than other summers

The crux of this match will centre on whether barton plays for them or not - if he does play he will want to bust a gut to continue the love in he has with the geordies and may well inspire them and help the crowd generate a fiesty atmosphere which we know that our shower of bottling *word censored* cant handle

Granted but when you have a new owner you pray against all hope that he can see that wenger is a *word censored* who is mismanaging the club and he will take action accordingly - the reality hits you then that kroenke is no better than the *word censored* that ran the club before him and the lack of ambition and proper leadership leads to despair and depression

Agreed but you must have known this was going to happen because when Kroenke bought enough shares to be outright owner Wenger gave him the seal of approval   :banghead:

No worries at all - 3 nil to the Gunners
Newcastle have no where near the strenght of last year, and even then they were gifted the draw.

I am not happy at all with the lack of transfers, but still think we have a good enough squad to get top 4, also if we can get a quality centre back and a strong defensive midfielder it should be a good campaign.

I think we'll win, maybe 3-1.

Still this will of course only see Arsene say how good the strength in depth is, say how well we are prepared as Cesc and Nasri etc were missing, won't sign anyone and Liverpool will fuckin kill us the week after!

Still, we'll start with a win I reckon! :barscarf:

Can see us getting a couple of goals here :barscarf: then we will switch off after 60 minutes and concede a couple :banghead: Wenger will then comment on how we only gave it 95% and how we performanced well for most of the game. :banghead:
