As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
I've decided that for long-term good of my health, it's probably best I don't watch the game live because I just won't be able to enjoy it. Regardless of what the scoreline is at any given point, I'll be shitting myself and expecting the worst.
Yes, that's how bad it's got. I can't even watch my own team anymore due to the mental torture they put me through.
1-1 we,ll lead untill the 95th min, when a lapse in concentration by gibbs, lets in ba, to fcuk up yet another 3 points. wenger will come out and blame a geordie fan, for blowing a whistle in the crowd, gibbs thinking it was full time. stats newcastle 2 shots on target, arsenal 13 on target, with 67% of the ball.

I can us not being mentally prepared and unsettled by all the summer's transfer talk. We'll play with great desire for 60 mins before tiring as a result of all our pre-season friendlies.
But overall I believe we won't be bottom and just wait until May.
Logically, by having seen what's been happening pre-season, we should play well for the first half, probably be 1-0 or 2-0 up, scorer Gervinho, and then they will come at us in the second half, we will get a couple of injuries, make a few mistakes under pressure, and we'll draw the game - obviously 1-1 or 2-2.
