Citeh in Europe

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

To be fair their group was hard, not like United, now that would be funny if they don't win it or better still go out.

The reason I am comfortable in laughing at them, is because we're not trophy rivals, they're going for trophies we cannot. So what if they're out, we couldn't catch them if they made the final.

Its funny because of the hype of certain players, teams and leagues and it things get shown up on days like this.

Like Jones, nice own goal and looked like a dodgy back pass for the second goal or Nasri and his bright pants.

The thing is, even if we do win tomorrow we'll still have to go to Greece to try & secure first place I believe.

Correct me if i'm wrong, i've not done the maths lol
You're wrong, if we win tomorrow we are through top :barscarf:
Incorrectomundo! IrishGunner is right, just looked at the table. If both us & Marseille win tomorrow, it'll go down to the last day to secure first place. If we win & Marseille lose, then we will qualify top.

I'd give a bollock to have Cavani play for us.

Imagine:
-----------Cavani---------------
----------------------RvP----------
Gervinho----------------------Ox

OR:

Cavani--------------Walcott
--------------RvP-------------

------------Wilshere----------
-------Arteta--------Song-----

A man can dream.

Must say I enjoyed seeing nasri and clichy standing next to each other in the tunnel as they watched the starters head back out to the pitch after halftime. Looked like a couple of sad kids.

Does this result make them more or less likely to feature 1st team players in our sold out Carling Cup clash ?

Cavani and Hazard are absolutely amazing would give a kidney to see them at the Arsenal.

City is 99% into EEL, hope to see United following suit.

Didn't know Hazard played for Napoli.

Do you mean Hamsik? 8)

We should raid Napoli for Cavani, Hamsik and Lavezzi. Pipe dream I know.

Citeh apparently have already shown interest in all 3, so we got no chance anyways. It's funny really, why would you want a striker when you got Dzeko, Balotelli and Aguero in the side. Compare that to us being happy with Chamakh and Chu Young.
