I'll save the sniggering until we're safely through our group. Got a terrible feeling about tomorrow night. I dont relish needing to win in Greece to ensure qualification.

Good night all round, looks like United can't win their group, please let them get Barcelona, infact let's hope they go out and both Manc clubs go in the Europa.

when they were whopping PL teams mancini (and i like the guy) thought it would be a good time to compare them with barca and madrid. Guess he was sending a message to the Arabs.

Then poof blows up in his face.

The CL is no joke. Roman is still obssessed with it, and for us, its just about taking part.

oh and lol @ utd and phil jones, heard he had a mare

I am hoping they finish 3rd and drop into the UEFA, we need someone to sort the Spuds out.

Save the schadenfreude for after tomorrow, got a bad feeling about it but hopefully RVP can pull it off, would be nice not having to go to greece to qualify

Likewise.

And this Olympiakos team look a lot better than the one we played two years ago. Or maybe we're just a lot crapper. Either way, it won't be easy to go to Greece & get a result.

Why? We ain't winning the CL, we ain't winning the league, both those clubs actually believe they can win both, its nice to see both brought back to earth.

The thing is, even if we do win tomorrow we'll still have to go to Greece to try & secure first place I believe.

Correct me if i'm wrong, i've not done the maths lol

We only guranteed first if we win and marseille lose. Think at this stage even olympiakos could finish first if results went their way

a draw tomorrow and we qualify, and then a win or draw in Greece to win the Group.

I think we'll do it tomorrow, when was the last time we lost at home in the CL ? :barscarf:
