Phil Dowd fails fitness test

if he's not fit enough at the end of a season, why would he be fit in August after three months off ?

Never liked him as a ref but bad refereeing or not it's a bit silly using him as a scapegoat for the 4-4 draw. Yes he made some crap decisions, but even with the most bent ref in the world we should have seen that out. Only ourselves to blame.

I suppose it's too much to hope for, but I'd love to see the Jasper Carrot look-alike fail his fitness test. :twisted:
