Phil Dowd fails fitness test

I'll never forgive that fat bastard for ruining our season with the 4-4 against Newcastle. Worst show of refereeing i've ever seen.

People will say that we bottled that, but there was some piss-poor reffing on show.

Agree with that. I watched that game back at the bowl with my old man and after he gave the first penalty I remember saying how I just knew that Dowd wanted to be part of some sort of heroic Newcastle come back. The penalty given against Koscielny is as bent as anything I've seen in years.

Utter *word censored* - hope he never gets to ref in the top flight again.

And he sent the Great Man off in that game too :(

Phil Dowd is the worst ref in the Prem by a country mile so no problem whatsoever seeing him fail :mrgreen:

You do have to question some of these refs. Footballers are very fit and fast these days, how can a fat prick like Dowd possibly catch up with play? Webb is shit but at least he looks like he can run!

Dowd definitely played for Newcastle that day. Someone should have told him stripes make you look fatter.
