Anyone had anything like this happen....? :? :? :?

If you look behind your computer you will see cables. Follow these cables to the socket and unplug them. When you have this done you should then go to the attic or wherever you stored the box that the computer came in when you bought it. Retrieve this box and bring it to the room where your computer is. At this point you should carefully put the computer into said box, seal it and return it to where you bought it. You are clearly too stupid to own a computer.

wasn't aimed at you mate - but the simpleton who has copied and pasted something that's been on the web for years - as if it were his own material - he doesn't have the intelligence for that....but does have that level of dishonesty to try and make out something is his when clearly it isn't....or else he'd have cited the source. simples

Apparently there's a 'Patch' that can be downloaded from Micro *word censored* soft - there's a software error in the latest Media Windows - which they are attempting to play down (ie: keep quiet)....it acts as a 'ghost finder' - a term I heard a few years ago...and helps move the ghost(file) on (and off one's PC) a bit like a Psychopomp does a lost spirit I guess!...I wonder how many others are having similar problems and don't know about the 'problem'

O.K. Was out and about but had a look at the forum on my phone. It won't let me post replies on the phone so I popped in to an internet cafe to defend my honour.

First off, my original post was not copied and pasted but was typed from memory. At no point would I try and pass someone elses work off as my own. That "joke" is as old as computers themselves so I didn't think anyone would be dumb enough to think that that was what I was doing.

Secondly, you call me a simpleton! This, coming from the guy who chose to "Delete from libary and computer" and then comes on here wondering why his music wouldn't play.

Now OneBard, you've been around this place for a while. Surely in that time you've figured out how it works. Someone starts a thread looking for help, many then respond with totally useless posts but one or two will eventually help with a solution. It's been that way a long time and hopefully will be for a long time to come. Roll with it.

Perhaps I should have put a few smiley faces after my post, that way you would have known that I was not serious when I wrote that you were too stupid to own a computer. Anyway I didn't so if I offended you I apologise. But, if I did offend you, you really need to chill the fuck out.

One last think, I am genuinely happy that you sorted your problem. I wish youu many happy hours listening to the music. 8)

I'm off again now so have a good weekend all. I'll be back Monday.

Up the Arse :barscarf:
