Denilson

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

To be fair I think he was excellent at the time when he first got first team appearances in the League Cup and a fantastic prospect. Full of running and incredible at keeping the ball with quick short passes. His ability just seemed to go backwards very quickly - maybe he was made a regular in first team games too quickly.

Scored a corker at Everton when we beat them in 6-1. He's done quite well back in Brazil and their league is quite strong. Pace of that league suits him, still behind lucas levia in the brazil squad and that about sums it up. For his sake I hope he finds a club in Italy or Brazil. If he comes back to EPL he'll struggle.

Yeah!!!! Overtaken by the ref; outrun by Ricardo Fuller and falling to the floor holding his leg when clean through on goal before getting up and laughing. WHAT A W A N K E R!!!!

Denilson totally sums up Arsenal in recent years - slow, predictable, lazy but massively overpaid.
Spot on

My lasting memory of Legohead will always be him slowly jogging back as Rooney (who had started running from behind Legohead) cantered past him. And there's Legohead just jogging back smiling to himself like a retard and not a care in the world. And hey! There goes the fat middle-aged fucking referee overtaking him now too!

Absolutely abominable cúnt. :censored: :cussing: :x

I think we should give Denilson a new improved, long term contract then loan him out just like we did with Djourou

Still trying to work out the logic of that :?

Denilson's stats where good when he was decent (08?) - they did get worse when he was bad
shit did he get bad
the failure to track v Stoke in the FA Cup was probably the worst
but Everton was ugly too

You could replace Stoke in the FA Cup with any number of games. Fucking lazy bastard.
