Confederations Cup 2013

Gus Poyet only found out he was being sacked by a tweet by the club's official sight whilst summarising the game in the studio for the Beeb

Don't know the ins and outs/right and wrongs but surely no one deseves to find out they've been sacked like that :o
Go and watch his interview given 20 minutes after they lost out at home to their rivals in the play-offs. Absolutely disgraceful, complete whore. Can't believe it's taken so long for Brighton to make their mind up though.

Poyet sacking the highlight of this worthless tournament, he is c u n t of the highest order, was mouthing off before the play offs that he would be a prem manager next season even if it wasn't with brighton, the club should be commended for his on screen humiliation, what a wanker.

And the only reason the prick has appealed is money. Given that it's a disciplinary issue sacking Poyet for essentially gross misconduct they're not obliged to pay him any further wages or severance money. It's not as though he actually wants his job back, even if the relationship wasn't untenable he made clear after the Palace game he wanted out.

Loved that other riveting info from the new presenter guy with the Ronnie Reagan barnet

"we've had some sort of fcukbook/twitter/online poll and 72% thought that Spain would beat Nigeria"

I wonder what percentage voted for Tahiti to win the tournament?
