Bayern Home

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I think there's more chance of Hlebby (on LSD) keeping a clean sheet.

northbank123 wrote:They had such a good team last year that it was overlooked how effective their tactics were. They identified the Vermaelen/Podolski axis down the left as week and constantly overloaded it with two or three players. Will be interesting to see if they'll try anything similar this time.
Assuming Guardiola &/or his scouts watched today's game they cant fail to have noticed the acres of space down our left hand side, particularly in the 1st half. And with Fannyface injured I guess there's maybe more emphasis on Robben? I'm guessing he still plays predominantly on the right for them.

Considering you think they might do damage to our defence, might it not have been better to send them viagra so that we could stiffen up at the back? :rubchin: :rubchin:

I'm expecting us to get knocked out so I'll just enjoy the game for what it is: a good night out on the ale
