Re: Championship promotion hopefuls
Happy to have Leicester come up as not been there, Went Burnley about 5 seasons back in league cup and it wasnt great, We lost, Ground is poor but should make for a good away day
As for the play off hopefuls i am hoping for Either Ipswich as there only other team in top 10 i havent been to or another of the midland teams like Forest or Derby

Chuffed for Burnley.
As my 'second' team I spent many a game standing on The Longside at Turf Moor.
A ruby at the curry house in Preston whilst waiting for the milk train back into Euston. Generally pissed and rattling from pills ingested.
Oh, and the trips to places like Rotherham, York and Torquay following the clarets and the suicide squad.
Those were the days.

Brighton please, since I live there. They won't go up though, I would think it would be Wigan or Derby from the play offs.

I know it's said every year, but this year's crop look like they could all go straight back down.
Re: Championship promotion hopefuls
Now that Ipswich are out of it, Brighton or Derby for me. QPR can fuck off. Wigan is a grim place.

For God's sake. In this day and age you can't call them that, mate. You have to call them "gays" or "homosexuals".clockender1 wrote:Brighton for me - a great day out and nice little town full of air stewardesses. Plus they lost their ground for a long time. But mainly the stewardesses .

Fuck the North West ; Blackburn / Wigan / Bolton etc are grounds I have absolutely no interest in visiting ever again.
Give me Brighton every day, would soften the blow of losing the Fulham trip from the Prem ; Was a massive bun fight for tickets when we played there in the cup a few years ago. We had a lovely day of sightseeing ; by which I mean a small triangle of sea I could just make out = from the top of the high road as we moved from Station - pub- pub - stadium - pub - pub - Station.
