1 - Ramsey

Comeback kid crowned his redemption with winning goal in the cup final.
Would now be my first name on the team-sheet, great work rate and vital goals.
Missed most of second-half of the season but he did enough and scored enough when he was fit to be our stand-out player.

2 - Mertesacker

Much improved all round. A strong personality too.

3 - Koscielny

Still makes basic mistakes, but has cultivated a fighting spirit.

I voted for the GFB but I would like to say that I thought Giroud had his moments and with basically very little striking support went better than I think most expected and got 22 all up I think. Would make a good second striker to someone very very good. Still can't believe what Tevez went for - oh well.

Why is Cazorla even in the list?? Had a very poor season imo.

Has to be the BFG. Would have been Ramsey if he had played more.

Difficult one this...
The BFG has been immense and a real leader out on the pitch, he also gets what it means to play for The Arsenal.
His rendition of "Arsenal til I die" at the parade yesterday nearly swung it in his favour, but I'm going for Ramsey by a short arse.
He was out for a long time after being Shawcrossed and when he did start to play again Wenger saw fit to play him out of position, just adding to the problems he was already having. Some of the abuse and vitriol he had to endure at the bowl from our own fans was unbelievable and in my opinion unwarranted, it was nearly as bad as he gets from the Stoke inbreds. He seemed to become a lightning rod for a lot of the anger the fans had with the board and manager.
Many players never fully recover from a shattered leg, let alone his shattered confidence, but Rambo soldiered on got his head down and kept at it. This season he has showed us what he is capable of and I think he can still improve further, so even with the time he has spent out injured my vote goes to Aaron Ramsey.

Ramsey by a vadge-hair (or a SPUDMASHER, if you will! ) over Mert. Even though he missed a lot of games through injury, for me Rambo had the biggest impact for us. The amount of games where he stepped up and took the game to the oppo and some of the world class goals he scored? No coincidence that Giroud's dip in form correlates to not having Rambo make those runs in behind the oppo defence.

Has to be Rambo.

2.Kos a better defender than Mert and scorer of vital goals.

3.Szczesny.The season he came of age

Koscielny for me, consistently superb and even scored some important goals.

What an excellent defender and for me, has been the best CB in the entire league this year.
