LIAM BRADY

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I've always liked Brady and I respect that he talks straight and gives honest answers to questions. He has a sharp tongue on him too. I'll never forget his comment to a reporter after a reserve/youth (not sure which) game when the reporter said "if". Brady's response was swift " If?..If my granny had bollocks she'd be my grandad". I think the reporter shrunk back to the size of a DB10 and disappeared :D

Great player. Shit manager. Grumpy little bollocks.

Told this story a million times on here but basically I met him at our club's trophy night when I was a kid and he was my hero and he presented a trophy and fucked off outside to wait in the car whilst O'Leary signed autographs and chatted away. I know O'Leary turned out to be a crunt but that night he was great to all us kids. I was devastated by Brady's attitude that night. Devastated like SPUDMASHER's ringpiece was when LeftyEwok and OneBardEwok raped the dwarf arse off him.

A good article though and a few things in there I've (and others on here) been saying for years regarding young modern footballers.

Met him three times, once after Ireland game, once in work and once in Tallaght Stadium when Arsenal reserves were playing there. found him easy to talk to even if he did tell me to "watch out for Nick Bendtnar, he is the real deal" :D
