I think the fact that Cardiff released this months after apparently coming to an amicable agreement with Makay over his dismissal means you could be right - if PC stands for Petty Cock!!

Thought it was a bit odd when Mackay suddenly dropped the multi-million pound claim and issued a contrite apology.

Cardiff could get in some trouble here. Professional footballers are pampered and overpaid with unbelievable working conditions but don't forget the PFA is still a trade union. I'm sure they'll insist they didn't find out about it until Mackay was sacked or after but they're obligated to report it to the FA anyway and given that one of the slurs was directed at one of his players, the PFA could kick up a right shitstorm.

Imagine if any other employer was caught covering up racial slurs from management staff towards an employee - unions would have an absolute field day.

Don't get me wrong, shocking as they when they're leaked publicly are I've heard worse stuff from sound people trying to have a laugh. But getting caught out and then a supposedly respectable organisation trying to pass it off as "banter"? This isn't the fucking dark ages.

Is Mackay alone in using this sort of language in what he thought were private convos, no. But if you choose to use that sort of language please remember, you may be held to account if those messages get into the public domain, which these days is very possible.

LMA really take the biscuit. I know they are meant to defend their members but blind defence?, making excuses for racist and homophobic language, why not just accept he is in the wrong. The excuse ; You're under pressure so you become more racist, oh really?

Everyone has heard people make a joke about black people going to prison but some of the way he's said stuff seems malicious rather than harmless. Tbh its difficult to tell with written evidence and it goes back to him being moronic enough to put himself in serious danger of getting caught.
