To what end ? Are you expecting a title challenge ? Surely the monotony of the 4th place charge has to worn you down by now ? We gain nothing by "concentrating" on the league

In and out, as someone that goes I don't want to be going on Thursday nights or Sundays every week but in because I think it's what Wenger and the club deserve, it will be humiliating for him to drop down and as someone says, the stadium will be half empty which he deserves to see.

The press would have a field day and he needs that for the way he took the piss this Summer, not getting in it will let him off the hook.

Play in it.

It's a legitimate cup competition, and only the mugs that buy into the narrative that money is everything think otherwise. Was fine when it was the UEFA cup, not that much has changed.

Yes it would fuck our league campaign but we aren't going to finish any higher than 4th anyway and are well used to playing Sundays as it is, hardly a groundshift.

What in particular about the PL would we be focusing on?

Being in a competition we can win - I've got no problem with that. Might actually look forward to one of our European games.

Tired of this CL snobbery. Europa League might not have the most prestige but the reality is that (real competitions only) we are only one of 4 English clubs to have won a European trophy since the mid-80s.

I don't see why anyone wouldn't want to play in a competition that we stand a chance of winning - probably the same sort of fan that discredits the 1994 ECWC success as a 'mickey mouse' tournament although I don't remember people feeling like that at the time.

There are 3 cups we can win - the League Cup, FA Cup and Europa League - why on earth would you want to deny us the opportunity of doing just that?

I couldn't give a shit that it inconveniencies people in terms of Sunday games - buy season tickets in the modern era and expect Sunday afternoons, Saturday lunchtimes and Monday nights.....even Friday nights now.

Play in it and win it. Give your supporters a day they'll never forget. Write that new line in the club's honours list - Europa League Winners 2016.

As for the last bit - who gives a shit

I've a good mate who is a Tottscum ST holder.
He is creaming himself that his mob will finish top four this season.
It says it all really.
Top four is the new black.

WENGER OUT
He is a bona fide moron if he believes that Spurs will finish in the top 4.

Interesting that up to yesterday evening the "vote out" option was winning this poll comfortably, and now this morning the voting is a lot closer :o

When you get to the latter stages of the Europa league there's actually some decent teams knocking about, with Le Turnip at the helm we haven't a continental hope of winning it.
