As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

What odds did you get? I've had a funny feeling that they will stay up as well for the past couple of weeks. (Mind you, that could just be down to the marijuana..... )

As if people needed a reason to want Villa to go down.
Can expect Robin L ( no relation) to be cheering them on last game of the season then.
The villains I met /spoke to pre + post cup final were all ok.

Sean wrote:Villa have been on a hiding to nothing since Martin O'Neill quit. Their Yank owner has lost interest and now the club are trying to survive on ever diminishing returns, buying kids and lower league players. Sounds like our Silent Syrup's wet dream, TBH.
They are fucked.
Garde says he'll go down with the ship, but he'd be better off out of that black hole altogether.
I know a whole family (mom dad 3 kids, grandparents on one side) of the fuckers in Dublin. Mad obsessive Villa fans with absolutely no fucking sense of humour at all. One of the sons got in a slapping session outside our local years ago because someone took the piss about his beloved Villa. The arsemong was 35 years old at the time!
I'd love to see Villa relegated just to see that family's heads all explode.

I don't get the dislike of villa...it is a big club and its kind of sad how far they have fallen. Personally, I'd like to see them survive and allardyce, pulis and Chelski get relegated but that ain't gonna happen anytime soon. Villa are by far and away the worst team in the league and full of players that just in it for the money. Saying that the goal they scored at Sunderland was a goal of a season contender great run by traore and volley by Carlos Gil. Would love to us score a goal like that where a winger went pass players and cross it like that. Haven't seen that since eboue put that cross in for henry to head the winner against Utd in 2007.

Their fans are scum ! I remember the disgraceful Eduardo chants the week after he had his leg broken by other Midland fillth ! Martin o Neil was so embarrassed he went over and pleaded with them to stop! Then one of their players was stretchered off and every gooner stood and applauded him off! Showed them what it is to have class As a club I will always remember. them as utds easiest 6 points of the season ! they could have been 5 up with 3 mins to go and still get beat! Can't wait to see them go down and how sweet though unlikely it would be to land the title on the same day!
That's why I fucking hate them! Would love Sunderland and Newcastle to go with them!

Remember that - Curtis Davies I think it was that good injured (remember him???).
Let's not pretend that we wouldn't still celebrate a European Cup but the entitlement which they think it gives them is ridiculous. Granted we haven't lost there (against Villa at any rate) since 1998 but they are some of the most pathetic, timid fans despite holding the Holte End out as their 12th man.
