General questio on reselling football tickets

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Selling these tickets above face value would make you nothing less than a :censored:

Here you're just trying to justify yourself, as much to yourself as anyone.

so it seems, and we clearly need to reconsider. fair point.

didn't realise there was such strong feeling on international football. club football yes, and a big international game yes maybe, but not a group game. To us international football (apart from soaking up the atmosphere as a neutral), well England games, are complete antithesis, so couldn't understand what all the fuss was about. we don't care about England ourselves (tournaments are far better when we don't even qualify in our opinion, no jingoism, band wagon, idiots with no football knowledge joining in pretending they are interested in football simply as its England in a major tournament, twats down the pub, all the mad media coverage, car flags etc etc)

clearly the idea is wrong fair enough.

however do take umbrage of being accused of that being our intention to scalp before hand and that we hoped to get a big game to sell on. if that was the case we would have flogged france tickets and wouldn't have been so peed to get England.

Understand some of the heat this has generated but please try to keep it civil and drop the personal insults.

What ever happened to , looking after your own.
Ripping fellow football supporters.
Fucking dispicable in my eyes.
People that do this are utter lowlifes ,and the fact you came on here to that question shows you got no brain.
Iv witnessed touts getting turned on at matches in the past and always wondered why it don't happen more often

Yeah, always remember at a World Cup with England getting cheated by scouser, will always remember that one too

Tickets were fakes, scumbags.....even with England these scouse are a different breed, sure they just go to see what they can get out of it...

Certainly don't disagree(!) on the attitude at display in this thread, but there must be larger sharks at sea than this poor fellow, clearly got the message so cool it, the society we all take part in surely encourages and credits profit seeking at all despicable levels, no reason in going after the little guy. And I wonder how many on here can look themselves in the mirror outside football taking in the bigger picture. We surely don't lie sleepless over how our smart phones and things ended up in our hands anyway...

OK I think the point has been made and I don't see any good coming of leaving it open. Locked.
