As has been mentioned on other threads, the main reason there was so many empty seats was 'cos of people like me, stuck at railway stations unable to get a train in because of a fire near Waterloo station. The boozer I watched the game in was full of Season Ticket holders, just couldn't get into London. So no doubt there were a few holiday makers and prawn sandwich glory hunters who stayed away but there was a genuine reason why there were big gaps.

I didnt have a ticket for the match yesterday but going to see my mum i was stuck on the M11 for over 4 hours in a traffic jam noticed the were loads of gooners in cars on there too.
