Arsenal v WBA Official Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I am so wound up. My biggest hope for today (apart from winning well of course) is that we are not shitting ourselves for most of the second half cos we are level or behind. If that is the case look for the medics tending to a slighly overweight middle aged gooner in the Family Enclosure.  :banghead:

it really helps if we can see everyone's views in the same place so please try to follow on.

personally I am going tomorrow with the lowest expectations for many years. Sad really but I hope that this season will be even more of a surprise than last.

Sorry not to be able to touch base with the mad fuckers going to the Rocket but I will have my 12 yo lad with me.

Anyway to start the debate my preferred 11

Almunia
Sagna
Toure
Gallas
Clichy
Walcott
Ramsey
Denilson
nasri
Vela
RvP

No Greedybayor! No Eboue!

Come on Arsenal! :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:
12 year olds will be fine especially upstairs before match where I will be meeting Bob Wilson.
If we get there early enough I'll pop in.

Gotta try Djourou or Toure in the middle. We could have a decent go today

Alumnia

Sagna
Djourou
Gallas
Clichy

Nasri
Toure
Denilson
Vela

Adebayor
Van Persie

With an option of bringing on Eboue.Bentnar and Theo who can be impact players. Of course Eboue can be put on for comical effect
